Renting a T1 apartment for holidays in one of the best areas of the Algarve - Vilamoura. It is located in a closed condominium, very quiet, very close to the Pinhal Golf Course- Condomínio Sol Nascente 2. The condo includes a swimming pool for adults and children, a tennis court and a very large garden area. The apartment consists of a double bedroom, living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom and a balcony. Apartment overlooking the extensive green area belonging to the condominium. The apartment is for a maximum of 4 people and has been renovated and is in new condition. The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, fridge, microwave, etc. Sheets and towels changed once a week. Supermarket and convenience store 5 minutes away. This condominium is located next to Golf do Pinhal (5 minutes on foot), 1.5 km from the beach and the center of Vilamoura (20 minutes on foot). The beach is 5 minutes away by car. It is served by the Tourist Train that passes by the beach and the marina. Parking available. Children can choose from several activities: Zoomarine, Acqua Parks, tennis, minigolf, horseback riding.

Tranquilidade em Vilamoura

Local muito calmo e tranquilo, casa limpa e asseada, com tudo o necessário. A piscina é excelente, grande e com poucas pessoas em pleno Agosto (2020), com relvado e área verde com muitas sombras. Com a praia da Falésia a 5/10 min de carro, cafés e restaurantes muito próximos, foram uns dias muito bem passados. Obrigado da. Rogélia e sr. L'accueil par la dame chargée de la gestion fut impeccable . L' appartement est très propre , la literie est bonne . Balcon agréable . Deux points négatifs ; piscine impraticable et plaque de cuisson électrique fonctionne mal . On recommande cette location même s'il a fallu réclamer la caution par e-mail .
