Dallicar House is a wonderful barn conversion based in Giggleswick, North Yorkshire. It has five bedrooms; one ground-floor family room with four singles with en-suite shower room, one first-floor super king-size with en-suite bathroom and three first floor doubles. Downstairs has a fitted kitchen, with a separate open-plan living room and dining area, as well as a utility room. Outside has an enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, gas barbecue and hot tub. Off-road is available for six cars. Dallicar House is the perfect cottage for a family holiday.

Amenities: Gas underfloor heating, wood burning stove and central heating. Rangemaster oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, WIFI, Xbox and sound bar. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen, towels, dressing gowns and hair dryers inc. in rent. 1 x Travel cot, highchair and stairgates. Off-road parking for 6 cars. Enclosed lawned garden and patio area with furniture, gas BBQ and hot tub. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.4 miles and pub 500m. Note: Although there is a ground floor bedroom, there are steps leading up to the shower room which may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: This property has a Friday/Monday check-in restriction. Note: This property requires a good house keeping bond of £250.00.
