It has four bedrooms made up of a second floor super king-size double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a second floor king-size double with en-suite shower, basin and WC, a first floor double with en-suite shower, basin and WC and a second floor family room with 3 single beds with en-suite shower, basin and WC. The rest of the lodge is made up of a first floor cloakroom with basin and WC, a first floor kitchen with breakfast table and chairs and a first floor siting room with dining area. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a private exterior area with furniture. Whitefriars Lodge is a fantastic base for exploring Settle and all that surrounds it at any time of the year.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars with additional parking in neighbouring car park. Secure bike storage. Tree lined pathway leading to private exterior table and chairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minute walk. Train station 5 mins walk. Note: Property accessed via external cast iron staircase, may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.
