1 bedroom apartment, with capacity for 4 people, located in the Pinhal Urbanization, in Meia Praia, next to the Hotel D. Pedro and about 1.5 Km from Lagos city center. Quiet area, right in front of the long sandy beach, about 7 km. It is a ground floor, in a building of two floors, consisting of a double bedroom, a dining and living room with sofa bed for two people, kitchen, bathroom and balcony with table and chairs and charcoal barbecue . The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, water heater, microwave, coffee maker, crockery, etc. Also includes sheets and towels. It is fully refurbished, furnished and equipped, making for a great holiday stay. The urbanization has parking.

Appartment mit sehr guter Lage, allerdings spärlicher Ausstattung

Helga war schnell zu erreichen und hat uns immer sofort geholfen (wir hatten einen kleinen Schlüssel-Unfall). Die Lage ist direkt am schönen Strand und mit nur kurzer Autofahrt in das Stadtinnere. Das Bett im Schlafzimmer ist sehr gemütlich. Die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer dafür weniger gemütlich. Leider ist die Küche nur sehr spärlich ausgestattet (Wasserkocher funktionierte nicht, Sicherung oft rausgeflogen durch Küchengeräte, wenig Kochgeschirr), der Grill ist auch nur ein kleiner Grill für 15€ aus dem Supermarkt - nicht der Rede wert. Des Weiteren konnte man leider die Terrasse kaum nutzen, da das Haus an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster liegt, an der die Autos sehr schnell fahren und es daher sehr laut ist.

Wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für eine kleine Familie. Sie liegt 5 Minuten zum Strand. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden. Internet funktioniert einwandfrei. Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus.

Hölle und Himmel!

Gesamteindruck d. Objektes absolut positiv. Aufgrund d.grossen Problematik mit den örtlichen Bussen,die etwas exponierte Lage nicht positiv, da zu weit zu Supermarkt, etc.. Gastgeberin sehr bemüht u. korrekt, Sauberkeit, Atmosphäre, Möblierung absolut positiv. EXTREM NEGATIV: der Buchungsvorgang mit Vrbo!!! TAGELANG (!!!) war keine Fixierung möglich, da deren Payment System nicht funktioniert hat!!! Folge: sehr viel Stress und Ärger, erst 1 Tag VOR Abreise okay! Über die App, wie empfohlen, FUNKTIONIERT NICHT!!! Man musste alles über die Internetadresse von FeWo machen, dann "Payment Successful", NUR WER WEIß DAS?!?! Die ausschließliche Zahlung per Kreditkarte ist 1. lächerlich und 2. verschärft die Problematik zusätzlich!! Also INDISKUTABLE Buchungssituation!! Deshalb nur 3 Sterne gesamt, sonst wären 5 Sterne das Ergebnis.

Estadia excedeu as expectativas

A propriedade é perfeita para uma família com crianças pequenas. É um res-do-chao mesmo em frente à praia, cama confortável, um pátio com um pequeno jardim muito resguardado, mas com vista para as dunas. A casa tem ar condicionado na sala, tv enorme, e está muito bem equipada, com imensa loiça, panelas, frigideiras, torradeira, mini -forno, placa, maquina de café, compatível com as pastilhas do pingo doce,maquina de lavar roupa e loiça. Enfim, tem tudo, até um secador na casa de banho. A localização é em frente à meia praia, a dois minutos de carro do pingo doce, que tem imensas refeições pré-preparadas. A marina e centro turístico está a 4 minutos de carro. A praia é imensa, dá para manter a distância de segurança, e é perfeita para caminhadas. O local é sossegado. Para quem quer estar afastado da confusão mas suficientemente perto de tudo, então este local é perfeito. Adorei a estadia e recomendo!

O apto é bem situado, claro e se deixar a varanda aberta fica ventilado. Mas o anúncio nao informava q era Rés de Chão, que para pessoas alérgicas não faz bem pq tem cheiro de mofo na entrada . Poderia ter rede p mosquitos na porta da varanda, pq estava cheio de pernilongos. Só tem uma tomada para matar mosquitos q estava acabando. O sofá para quem tem problema de coluna não é confortável. Só tinha um tapete de banheiro, branco, q ficou sujo logo. A praia é linda, mas venta muito, a ponto de não permitir a permanência. Por isso é bom ir de carro, pq existem praias maravilhosos e com menos vento perto, em Lagos (Camilo) e nas redondezas.
