The house is surrounded by a 500 mt patio, with a 40 mt porch that is accessed from the living room. Garden furniture: tables, chairs, benches and a great masonry barbecue. The different heights of the farm are delimited by a wooden fence with three slats to minimize the possible risks.
Andalusian hamlet with a beautiful rural and Andalusian decoration of 300mt square spread over two floors, within a three-hectare estate for exclusive use, located in the natural area of the tail of the swamp arches being one of its boundaries the river Guadalete, a 8km from Arcos de la Frontera and 6km from Bornos.
A large wooded area composed of olive trees, olive trees, poplars and elms. A quiet place to enjoy the sound of birds and water coming from the spring when falling into an old irrigation pool rehabilitated as an ecological pool (5mt x 3mt x 1.50mt), being unique to enjoy a natural water, free of Chlorine and chemical products, being constantly renewed, is always fresh and crystalline water. You can also enjoy a beautiful ecological pool of salt water in the form of kidney (8mt x 4mt x 1.45mt). Both pools are delimited by a gate preventing the passage to the smallest and limiting possible risks.
