Rural El Santiscal is a welcoming accommodation located next to Lake Arcos, in a peaceful area just 4 km from the city and all amenities. You’ll find an artificial beach, yacht club, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacy just steps away, as well as hiking, cycling, fishing, canoeing, and many leisure activities nearby.
The 700 m² property is fully fenced and features two apartments: the Superior (80 m²) and the Complementary (40 m²), both with air conditioning and heating. The entire property is rented exclusively, with one or both apartments available depending on your group size.
Outside, enjoy a spacious patio with a porch, a small tent, and a garden area—perfect for dining or relaxing in the sun with family or friends. The pool measures 4.90 m x 3.00 m x 1.20 m, surrounded by artificial grass, sun loungers, chairs, umbrellas, and a thermal shower. Free parking is available inside the property.
The Superior Apartment includes a gallery with a small gym and TV, laundry room, fully equipped kitchen and TV, living-dining room with sofa, TV, and single bed, one bedroom with double bed, another bedroom with double bed and TV, and a bathroom.
The Complementary Apartment offers a gallery lounge with table, sofa, and TV, one bedroom with two beds, another bedroom with double bed, desk, and TV, plus a bathroom.
Pets are allowed on request, available for an extra fee.
