Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Barcelone durant ces 5 jours. Certes, le logement est excentré du centre, en hauteur sur la colline El coll mais c’est ce que nous recherchions. Le quartier est calme avec bus a 50m et métro à 10 min à pied en descendant la rue (station Vallcarca). L’avantage de sa localisation est sa proximité avec le parc Guëll juste derrière à pied a 15 min ou vous bénéficiez d’une splendide vue sur le centre et sa marina. Supermarché à 5 min à pied où l’on trouve tous les produits. Le logement est bien équipé et les pièces sont bien agencées. Chambres suffisamment grandes et une cuisine spacieuse. Un accès privatif dans une cour permet de s’aérer et de faire sécher son linge à l’abri. En synthèse je recommande ce logement.

Large apartment

Checkin was less than desirable. Door opened by cleaning staff. Dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. No detergent was there for dishwasher. Some was delivered after we asked for some. Several areas of apartment needed cleaning. Ceiling in upstairs bathroom dripped water from apartment that was above. Cleaning supplies and bedding was brought in for the next renters. Was placed in living room while we were gone on the last full day we had unit rented. Our privacy was not respected. The apartment is large with beds for 10. Living area and dining area can accommodate a large group. Furnishings were good. It is not in a convenient location for the majority of areas a traveler would want to visit. Too many issues for us to consider renting it again.

Spacious, safe, and convenient

We were very impressed with the accommodation and its location. The neighborhood seemed safe and was very quiet, with great scenic view points nearby. A grocery store, bus, and underground transportation access are within 2 blocks, a couple of minutes walk. The apartment was exactly as described and the property manager was very responsive. I would definitely stay again.
