The accommodation is ideally located near the Barcelona Sants station, therefore rapidly accessible to the center. It is equipped with all the necessary kitchen appliances to cook and enjoy the terrace on sunny days.Overall, the apartment has a lot of potential, but would need to be modernised to be truly enjoyable and safe to some extent (additional air conditioning, new layers of paint on the walls, secure outlets, a new shower, and a new cooking stove).Besides that, the communication with the host was friendly and reactive, and flexibility was given with the check-out time, which was highly appreciated.

Great terrace and location

Great communication beforehand and during the stay. the terrace was the best, also the location. the rooms were well prepared and clean. We'd love to come back. the apartment definitely enhanced our stay

Great hoat

Mar let us drop off our luggage early and the cleaner explained where everything was My phone was stolen and then found by some lovely people who contacted Mar. He was so helpful in making sure we could connect so that I could get my phone back . Am so grateful

1.Kitchen setup acceptable 2. Not kids friendly3.Living door is dangerous. Your finger would be hurt when you close the door due to lock set too close to door jamb 4. Hot water temperature wasn't consistent. 5. Shower water was very weak6. A new tankless water heater installed on the 3rd day of our stay. The water temperature is steady but shower water is till weak. You won't enjoy weak water shower!7. WiFi signal is weak and slow8. The bedroom in attic has 2 single beds but only one quilt available (no cover) 9. In attic bedroom, the double door to terrace is not secure as one side of door not bolted. Doors can be pushed open easily!10. The covered part of terrace is good but the portable air conditioner is not working well. We had to open windows for ventilation.

Fantastic Experience

Great location, the place is exactly as you see it. It's actually better than the photos. Mar is great at communication. Also gave us fantastic recommendations, our first dinner was at a place she suggested. We also locked ourselves out one night and we were super stressed but she said no worries and her husband dropped off the keys at the restaurant we were eating at. Most other hosts would charge for a locksmith but they wouldn't even take gas money. WE ARE SO APPRECIATIVE!!!! Don't hesitate and book this place now!!

We had an amazing time in this truly unique apartment with a boat cabin vibe, spacious, bright and full of charm. Everything was spotless and perfectly equipped: bathtub, great kitchen, and an incredible rooftop with a barbecue, table and a small sunroom overlooking the city.The location is ideal, with supermarkets, a fantastic Argentinian butcher offering excellent wines, the metro, and the main train station Barcelona Sants only ten minutes away.Just one small tip: bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper, as the windows aren’t double-glazed. With earplugs, we had no problem at all.Overall, an excellent stay and great value for money. I highly recommend and would happily come back.

Très confortable et pratique

Nous avons été vraiment très bien accueillis par le propriétaire ( malgré une arrivée très tardive). L’appartement est très bien équipé. 3 supermarchés à moins de 5 minutes à pied. A cinq minutes à pied du métro qui nous a permis de sillonner Barcelone tout le WE .

Séjour pour visite en famille parfait

Très bon emplacement proche de toutes commodités: commerces et métro, bus et gare. Cela permet de visiter Barcelone très facilement. L’appartement est original avec son esprit bateau (boiseries, décoration) et très spacieux avec une agréable terrasse au dernier étage pour se détendre après une journée de visite. Le salon et 2 chambres sont climatisées, ça aide aussi en plein été. Un bon rapport qualité prix pour Barcelone

great location to discover the city

This apartment ist a perfect starting point for discovering Barcelona - walking, by underground or, as we did, by bike. Its terrace is a wonderful place to relax in the evening.

Super Wohnung in einer fantastischen Stadt!

Wir waren zu sechst (2 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern) eine Woche in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, geräumig und sauber, mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigten (und mehr). Absolutes Highlight ist natürlich die sehr große Dachterasse. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin und Empfang immer äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ebenso sehr gut und alles problemlos (mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln) zu erreichen, manches auch zu Fuß. Ein Supermarkt direkt gegenüber, ein weiterer etwa 150m entfernt. Kann die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und würde sie jederzeit wieder buchen!

Perfekte Wohnung in wunderschöner Stadt!

Wir waren zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 4 Kinder) eine Woche in der Wohnung. Diese war sehr sauber, hat uns sehr gut gefallen und es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten (und teilweise sogar noch mehr). Absolutes Hightlight ist die sehr große Dachterasse. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert. Die Lage ist ebenfalls gut, U-Bahn nicht weit entfernt, Supermarkt direkt gegenüber. Alles in allem haben wir eine wunderschöne Woche in Barcelona verbracht in einer für uns perfekten Wohnung!

Très bon accueil. Nous avons pu déposer les valises et prendre les clés avant l'heure prévue. Appartement fonctionnel. propre. Le souci un seul WC dans la salle de bains. Vitres simple vitrage dans une des chambres. Je recommande tout de même cet appartement.

Bon accueil. Appartement confortable et propre

Très bon accueil. Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages et prendre les clés avant l'heure prévue. Appartement propre confortable et bien équipé. Seul point négatif une des trois chambres bruyante du fait du simple vitrage. Je recommande toutefois cet appartement.
