Welcome to our paradise by the sea, in Praia Azul, next to quaint beachside village Santa Cruz and 20 min. from surf hotspot Ericeira, where you can enjoy tranquility and our indoor pool, in total exclusivity.

We have 2 double rooms with sea view, maximum occupancy 4 people..

It also has a lounge and dining area (meals not included) equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, microwave and small fridge or full kitchen (for weekly stays), barbecue, parking and pedestrian access to the beach.

- Do we have to share the house and the pool with other guests?
No, when you book with us, we block the calendar for these dates so there will be no more bookings.
- What is the minimum number of nights that can be booked?
Depends: During Low Season (November to April), 3 nights; 5 nights during High Season..
- Do the owners live in the house?
The owner lives on one of the floors, but you will have absolute privacy.
- Is the use of the Swimming Pool free?
Yes, it's included on the rate.
- Is the pool completely closed or can it be opened?
It partially opens.

The number of guests must correspond to the reservation or you forfeit the stay.

Location agréable

La maison est spacieuse et le propriétaire toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Propreté impeccable. La piscine couverte est très appréciable. Seul bémol, le SPA qui n'était pas en fonction et la présence de la mère du propriétaire (même si elle est très discrète et aimable). Nous ne l'avons croisé qu'une seule fois durant notre séjour car elle a son appartement en total indépendance au 1er étage.
