Villa DELICIA by Abahana Villas
HOLIDAY VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA) WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL for up to 6 people.
LAY OUT: the villa is spread over two floors connected by an internal staircase. Upstairs, we have two bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with twin beds) and a complete bathroom with bath, you can access a terrace with views on the natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach through one of the bedrooms. At the main floor, there is one bedroom (with twin beds) with an en suite bathroom (bath), a guest toilet in the hall and a separate kitchen with a table where you will have breakfast. Finally, we have an ample and bright living-dining room with leather sofas.
OUTSIDE: the great swimming pool (kidney shape) is located on the terrace equipped with sun loungers, BBQ and an outdoor dining room covered by a pergola. The property access is through a sliding door and there is enough space to park our cars.
SITUATION: the villa has a perfect location at 800m from the sea, the beach and all shops. At the beach area of La Fossa, there are many restaurants and bars and also the natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach from where you will enjoy the stunning views.
