About this property

Nice villa in quiet neighbourhood in Moraira with private swimming pool

IMPORTANT to mention that it is one floor of the villa. We live upstairs. But all the facilities like the outside and pool are exclusively for you.

600 meters from the main road to Moraira in a quiet neighbourhood you enter a dead end street at our driveway with electric gate.
There are 2 parking places for you. Via an external staircase you will reach your own floor. You enter through the living room from where all rooms are directly accessible. There are 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and central heating and 2 bathrooms with toilet and hair dryer. 1 with shower and 1 with bath.
The open kitchen is not large but offers electric cooker, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, coffee maker and refrigerator. Living room has television with satellite so many foreign channels such as Dutch, English, German and Spanish.
Outside a terrace with plenty of shade, the private pool with loungers, in the tea house with dining table with outdoor kitchen with BBQ and electric cooker. Further in the garden with fruit trees several seating areas.

We charge for the electricity you use. 0,25 euro/kWh. There is meter installed for this purpose. But you have a daily allowance of 15 kWh and that should be more than enough for normal use. This is just to allow for extreme use.
We live on the top floor. You will see us at the reception and the farewell and if you need us for example for tips about the area or restaurants. We have two shy cats who you may see in the garden.

Lovely place to stay in Moraira

The accommodation, pool and large outside space were very clean, spacious and well equipped. The additional outside kitchen with gas barbecue was great and the property had sun all day in June when we visited. Its a very quite area with lovely forest views from the property. Inside the property is spacious and the double bed was very comfortable. The hosts were great and made us feel very welcome and were easily contactable. Well located and few minutes drive to several good supermarkets and 5 minutes drive to the beaches in Moraira with so many lovely restaurants etc. Would 100% recommend staying at this property.

Brilliant stay

We spent lovely two weeks at this property in August and would surely recommend it! The villa is spotless clean, everything is as described, big clean and very well maintained pool, villa has everything you might need whether it is for cooking or spending time playing games, etc. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen which is well situated so that you don’t melt in the heat. :) The beaches are easily accessible by car and we’ve had a chance to explore quite a bit of surrounding villages/towns. SUP lovers note that board rental is much cheaper at the port compared to the one straight at the beach, but the port is only accessible on foot which can be quite a hot walk. Ronald and Belen are very nice and discreet hosts, helped us a lot with advice and always were quick with responding. Recommend! 👌🏻

Le calme de cette propriété nous a été très profitable pour passer un séjour très agréable dans une jolie maison avec toutes les commodités et en compagnie des écureuils et des cigales. Nous avons profité d’une piscine privée toujours propre et propice aux rafraîchissements et d’une cuisine extérieure où nous avons pris tous nos repas. Nous avons apprécié la gentillesse des propriétaires, leur discrétion et leur disponibilité à notre égard. Nous avons aimé les commerces, la plage et les restaurants à proximité.

Nous sommes venus en famille, passer 2 semaines dans cette magnifique maison. La vue est magnifique, les environs tres agreables, la maison tout confort et la piscine a la hauteur des attentes des enfants. La villa est tres bien situee, tres proche du centre ville et des supermaches. Les hotes sont tres accueillants et tres a l ecoute. Bref nous avons passe un excellent sejour et j espere avoir la chance de revenir tres bientot a la villa Juliana

Heerlijke vakantie gehad. Zeer mooie woning met heerlijk zwembad. De Nederlandse eigenaar is zeer behulpzaam met tips en suggesties. Wij vinden de matrassen wel erg hard, maar dat is misschien persoonlijk.

Super Haus und tolle Gastgeber

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen, für Familien super geeignet ruhige Lage jedoch nicht weit von Moraira und den Stränden. Wenn man Roland brauchte war er immer verfügbar ansonsten hat jeder sein eigenes Reich. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool, den Pavillon mit der Außenküche. Wir werden wiederkommen.
