PLEASANT SUMMER VILLA FOR RENT IN CALPE (COSTA BLANCA), WITH PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL, for maximum 6 people.

DISTRIBUTION: This house is divided on two floors, connected by an external staircase. On the first floor we find three bedrooms (two with double bed and one with twin beds) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bath en suite). A separate kitchen and a living room with access to a covered furnished terrace. With beautiful views of the Natural Park of the Peñon de Ifach and the Mediterranean Sea.

EXTERIOR: This villa has a plot of 1000m2, with a garden with fruit trees and palms. A magnificent pool where you can cool off in the hot summer, a portable barbecue with wich enjoy the outdoor cooking, This plot has enough parking space for our vehicles.

LOCATION: Located in a quiet residential area of Calpe. A charming village with spectacular sandy beaches and crystal clear waters that offers visitors everything needed for a comfortable stay.
