Great house in the perfect location

Pros: The villa is idyllic and exceeded our expectations. It's well equipped and very comfortable. The area is perfect; residential and quiet, yet only a short walk to an excellent supermarket, a great choice of restaurants and a quiet local beach. Perfect for an easy living holiday! At the villa, we particularly loved the pool and outside kitchen area where happy memories were made. The wrap around gardens are beautifully cared for with a great selection of wonderful plants. The Villa feels safe and private yet the views towards the sea and surrounding area does not make one feel closed in. We's love to stay here again and hope to do so in the future.

Cons: Es una pena que solo tenga aire acondicionado en dos habitaciones, pero aĂșn asĂ­, no tuvimos exceso de calor la semana que estuvimos. No nos gustĂł que entrarĂĄn jardinero y personal de mantenimiento sin avisar... A pesar de ello, estuvimos a gusto..

Pros: Lo que mĂĄs me gustĂł fue la cocina del jardin,ya que hace todo mucho mĂĄs fĂĄcil. PrĂĄcticamente pasamos nuestros dĂ­as ahĂ­ ya que la piscina estaba a unos pasos. AdemĂĄs la casa estĂĄ en una ubicaciĂłn ideal para pasar unos dĂ­as de playa . Con total intimidad y perfecta para el descanso. Cons: Lo Ășnico que puedo decir que no me gustĂł es un olor muy desagradable que habĂ­a en el baño principal.

Traditioneel huis met buitenleven en een prachtig zwembad

Pros: De buitenkeuken is een aanwinst voor het huis. Lekker buiten koken en daar is schaduw voor de hete momenten van de dag. Wij hebben met ons gezin genoten van het verblijf op Villa Andes en kunnen het iedereen aanraden om er een bezoek aan te brengen. Cons: Kleine minpuntjes zijn er altijd maar die vind ik niet de moeite van het vermelden waard.

Pros: Villa paradisiaque avec piscine privĂ© et jardin mĂ©diterranĂ©en, dans une baie de rĂȘve, plage de la Fustera accessible Ă  pied, oĂč l'on peut y voir avec masque et tuba une grande variĂ©tĂ©s de poissons mĂ©diterranĂ©ens. Il y a aussi, une location de canoĂ« et paddel et d'autres sports nautiques au port de Basseses accessible Ă  pieds. A une vingtaine de minutes en voiture, DĂ©nia pour le jet ski et Altea oĂč nous avons louĂ© un bateau et mangĂ© une glace" aux dĂ©lices "(français),ce ne sont que des exemples, Ă  quelques kilomĂštres de Calpe et sa grande plage et commerces en tous genre. L'arriĂšre pays vallonnĂ© est aussi Ă  visiter, avec sa vĂ©gĂ©tation de palmiers, oliviers, cactus, lauriers le tout Ă  Ă©tĂ© trĂšs dĂ©paysans. Merci Ă  JosĂ© le jardinier qui nous a indiquĂ© ou manger une bonne paella(celle du restaurant de la plage de la Fustera est infecte), au gentil livreur de pain et viennoiseries qui passe le matin vers 9h15, et aux propriĂ©taires trĂšs a l'Ă©coute aussi. La climatisation dans 2 des 3 chambres est nĂ©cessaire car le climat est heureusement trĂšs ensoleillĂ©, la piscine, le jardin et la cuisine d'Ă©tĂ© sont les endroits de la maison oĂč nous avons passĂ© tout notre temps trĂšs agrĂ©ablement. Merci nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The villa was fantastic, the outside space was perfect and apart from sleeping and using the bathrooms all our time when we were at the villa was spent either in the pool or at the outside kitchen. This space made our holiday. The villa was spotless, with everything we needed. Location was just what we wanted, peace and quiet but walking distance to bars/beach etc. Car was definitely needed to see the beautiful surrounding area. Hopefully we will be back.

Pros: Fantastiskt boende, lagom stor och ren pool(8x4 m). Uteköket suverÀnt ! Behövde bara anvÀnda den elektriska ugnen i inomhusköket. Rent och snyggt bÄde inomhus och utomhus. Hyrbil rekommenderas dock starkt. Det tog 11 minuter att gÄ ner till Playa La Fustera. Det finns en mycket bra promenadvÀg lÀngs havet in till staden Calpe. För oss tog det c:a 40 min att gÄ i lugn takt. Kontakten med Àgarna har varit mycket bra. Trevliga att prata med. TrÀdgÄrdsmÀstaren José och hustomten Ken var ocksÄ mycket bra. Allt har fungerat perfekt vad gÀller avtal och ekonomi. VÀldigt smidigt med den sÀkra mailkommunikationen via Spain-Holiday.com Hela familjen mycket nöjda med boendet, barnen 11 och 14 Är Àlskade poolen mer Àn stranden.

Pros: The villa is overall good although no hair dryer or visitor book, which would have been useful. We loved the outside kitchen and the fact that we could walk to shop and some restaurants. Also good wifi even outside at the outside kitchen which teenage boys appreciated when taking a break from the sun ! The Costa Blanca is pretty built up and you only need to go a few miles down the road to Calpe to find commercialised and high rise but the immediate area near to the villa is fine and more as we like it, all low rise

Pros: I have just returned from a week at Villa Andes together with my wife and another couple. The villa is lovely, exactly where we thought it would be having been to the area before. The one thing that stands out about the villa is the excellent outdoors kitchen. We only used the bedrooms and bathrooms of the villa. Everything else was possible within the outdoors kitchen. Very well equipped with fridge, dishwasher, 4 hob burner and the usual kettle toaster and crockery. The table and chairs within the kitchen are very comfortable and where we had breakfast and lunch everyday as well as drinks before and after going out for our evening meal. We had a fantastic week and look forward to returning in the near future. The only thing that was unexpected was that there was no hairdryer in the villa, ladies be warned to take one with you !!

Nestled into the hillside in a peaceful location, we felt a million miles away, yet were within walking distance of a perfect little supermarket & restaurants. The outside kitchen area is so well equipped, and the pool is fantastic. Can't wait to go back.

Pros: The house was clean and nice, the location was perfect, the pool was refreshing and the outdoor kitchen the favorite place to be :) The only thing that could be better, was the air conditioning that was difficult to setup, so either it was very hot or it was very cold. We would absolutely consider revisit this great house and location :)

Pros: Our second visit and we intend to return next year. Clearly lots of investment in maintaining the villa and it’s as beautiful as ever. Lots of places to visit locally and would strongly recommend hiring a vehicle with satnav to enable you to visit a number of local attractions. We visited the local shop and enjoyed a number of BBQs back at the villa, would strongly recommend sourcing from the local butcher, whilst this is a little more expensive it’s certainly worth it. Another great stay and would highly recommend.
