It is true we had other arrivals in the same day and in the same time so I liked to please everyone and I ran to receive everyone on time and not let anyone wait. But we are not gone (neither I nor my sister who you hear very often for message); For trash we have a paper in the kitchen and anyway you could ask yo my sister, You kept in touch and asked her for advice and sent messages so if you had doubts or requests it would have been a paicere for us to answer you. The house is as it appears from the photos and I feel like you found the stairs difficult. We have hosted many children but also older people and they have all remained very happy. We have the house on other sites and we have the maximum score; I think that would not be the case if everything were negative. I'm sorry if we didn't have much time on the first day and the following days when I came to check the garden, you were always in a hurry, so I was convinced you were okay.I also regret that you had to contesatre the cleaning only many days after the check out because if you had found something that was wrong you could communicate it and we would have cleaned up everything willingly at our expense. When my sister asked you how you were and if everything was fine (we still have the conversation with you) you told us that everything was fine and you never complained about the lack of cleaning.Moreover the parking is free and just a few steps from the house. It never happened that someone finds no place. They are very quiet places and you can park anywhere around the house (certainly not in the middle of the road!); if you go in big city you'll find all payment parking (or you pay for a private parking) so I think that it is luck to live in small villages where no one grumbles and everything is free. If you don't find a place one evening and leave the car at 50 meters I think it's not a drama. To get off the children or shopping bags, you can even stop 10 minutes in front of the gate because the locals people are friendly and patient and nobody will miss you again. It is so nice to live the holidays in peace without haste and without running. If we have to see and evaluate all the details I believe that we do not live the holidays properly.I'm really sorry if you were expecting something different. Maybe that's just the problem. People who come here on vacation go away relaxed and happy. Perhaps the Tuscan countryside and towns are not suited to the style of vacation you want. Here you live in complete tranquility, in the midst of the traditions of the small hill towns, far from the smog and the casino of the city and not far from the most beautiful tourist attractions. But I understand that everyone has their tastes and I hope you can find the perfect home for you.The only thing I am so sorry about is that as long as you were here you never said anything about cleaning. We clean the house at least 5 hours and we always do everything carefully. But an oversight can happen, of course. But when one asks you if everything is ok, I prefer sincerity instead of getting things that are not true after 20 days. However, I think it's just a matter of taste I wish you the best. Cristina
