The apartment has a capacity of 4 people and 2 bedrooms, a large terrace, a bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room. It has air conditioning, free Wifi, a big community pool and less than 5 minutes walking from the fine sand beach of Las Marinas. The terrace is large with 2 sunbeds for sunbathing and a table with chairs to enjoy a good paella. It has a large umbrella for you. It is an urbanization especially suitable for families with children, a closed and very secure urbanization. There is an Aldi supermarket in the immediate vicinity, several cafes, restaurants and a car rental service near the entrance of the Urbanization. You will not regret it, it is a good apartment to spend a relaxing holiday in Dénia with your family!
