MAGNIFICENT HOUSE IN EL ROMPIDO WITH POOL AND PADDLE COURT
Townhouse located in the urbanization of Punta Coral, phase 1, the closest to the town of El Rompido (just 200 meters), fully furnished and extensive household items. Located in a closed urbanization, with swimming pool, lifeguard, large garden areas and paddle tennis court. The house is located in the garden area (it does not face either the paddle or the pool). Ideal place to rest or families with children. It has air conditioning and heating (radiators), both in the living room and in the bedrooms, as well as ceiling fans in all rooms. Capacity of 7 people. It has 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom with bathroom en suite and double bed, 2nd bedroom with 3 bunk beds and 3rd bedroom with 2 beds) and 3 bathrooms. It has 2 televisions and dvd player. Fully equipped kitchen: it has an oven, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The dining room has 3 sofas and a dining table for 8 diners. We leave sports equipment (paddle) and beach (chairs, umbrellas).
