Disappointment

No one met us on arrival. The house was not clean, male underwear behind a cushion on the couch whose cushions have not been moved and vacuumed for a long time, the house was freezing when we arrived. We could not get in until 5pm and had to leave before 9am. The ensuite shower does not work. We had 2 tea towels and no cleaning cloths. No facecloths. No face to face communication. I was told if I needed anything to buy it and be reimbursed I could write a book☹️ I have used Vrbo for many years and this is the worst by far.
