A modern apartment on the ground floor, with private wifi, community pool and community tennis court. The apartment is located in Pueblo Laguna just 50m from the beach with restaurants, the promenade, and bars very close. The beaches of Las Marinas are very beautiful and you can walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes.

The urbanization is closed with the pool in front of the community with the tennis court next door.

THE COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN BETWEEN JUNE 15 AND SEPTEMBER 15 ONLY. OUT OF THESE DATES THERE IS NO ACCESS.

Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

SUPER VACANCES

Un chouette appart avec commerce et restaurants à proximité , une belle piscine réservée à la résidence et la plage à 5 mn à pied Tout est conforme à l'annonce. Seul petit hic l'absence de place de parking , mais on s'en accommode en cherchant un peu . Je recommande le restaurant qui se trouve sur la plage face au resto Las Marinas. Les serveurs sont très sympas. Que du bonheur. Vivement l'année prochaine

La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena, cerca de todo lo necesario y en una zona conveniente. Sin embargo, la experiencia en general no fue del todo satisfactoria. A nuestra llegada, el apartamento olía mucho a humedad y cerrado, lo que daba una sensación poco acogedora. La limpieza era aceptable, aunque no impecable.Un aspecto bastante incómodo fue la presencia diaria de cucarachas en el baño, algo que debería solucionarse cuanto antes. Además, al estar a pie de calle, la terraza no resultaba muy disfrutable, ya que pasaba constantemente gente muy cerca, lo que restaba intimidad.También fue algo molesto el sistema de salida de la urbanización: la puerta solo puede abrirse con llave, incluso para salir, lo cual no resulta muy práctico ni habitual.En resumen, la localización es el punto fuerte, pero hay varios aspectos que deberían mejorarse para que la estancia sea realmente confortable.

Vacaciones en Vera

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y el apartamento en general ha sido muy cómodo y con todas las facilidades. El único punto a mejorar, desde nuestro punto de vista, sería el sistema de apagado automático de los aires acondicionados. Cuando estábamos en el salón, se apagaba solo si no detectaba movimiento. Entendemos que es para evitar que se queden encendidos si no hay nadie en casa, pero era molesto tener que encenderlo cada vez que se apagaba. Por lo demás, como digo, una experiencia muy buena. La televisión es suficienta para un apartamento de vacaciones, además cuenta con servicio de streaming. En general, muy contentos durante nuestra estancia allí. Muchas gracias.

Good location

The property was as described and was perfect for our stay. Very close to the entrance to the urbanisation and the pool which was great. We were a little disappointed that there were no basic items left for us to use such as some soap in the bathroom or at least 1 new cloth & a little washing up liquid or a tea towel to wash up before getting to a shop. Although we never cooked during our stay there appeared to be a reasonable selection of kitchenware. There were plenty of plates and cutlery. The shop and bar opposite were closed during our stay so we had to walk a distance in the heat to get any shopping. I would consider staying here again however I would highly recommend having own transport to travel as there isn't a great variety of places to go or visit on foot. We did use the local bus service a couple of times which was reasonable and very handy.

Muy bien, tal como la descripción

Apartamento cómodo, limpio, con todo lo necesario incluyendo mosquiteras en todas las ventanas y puertas. Cerca de la piscina común y de la playa, un pequeño súper enfrente, restaurantes cerca... Muy recomendable. La terraza con mesa, sillas y toldo ha sido lo mejor, aunque el acceso fuera desde el dormitorio.
