An apartment on the first floor, with private wifi and community pool. The apartment is located in Pueblo Laguna just 50m from the beach with restaurants, the promenade, and bars very very close. The beaches of Las Marinas are very beautiful and you can walk to Garrucha in 20 minutes or so
The urbanization is closed with the swimming pool in front of the community with the tennis court next to it.
THE COMMUNITY POOL IS OPEN BETWEEN JUNE 15 AND SEPTEMBER 15 ONLY. OUT OF THESE DATES THERE IS NO ACCESS.
Key collection for the property that you have rented for your holiday will be from a key safe located in Mojacar / Vera playa and will be available from 3pm. The arrival information will be sent to you approximately 2 weeks before your arrival date with clear instructions included for your arrival to your property. Presencial meetings can be arranged if preferred and the cost will be 25€ payable to the agent on arrival.
We offer addicional services such as welcome packs, cot & highchair hire and these can be booked and paid for on your arrival.

Buena experiencia
Nuestra experiencia ha sido muy buena, el apartamento esta muy bien situado, limpio, con un buen menaje.
Lo único que no nos ha gustado es que no hemos podido estar con nadie que nos explicase bien las cosas, porque cobran por ello.
Lo demás volvería sin pensarlo.

La estancia muy bien, la ubicación muy buena, el apartamento es pequeño y cómodo, bien equipado y bastante limpio . El baño tiene olor a tubería intenso con frecuencia, la puerta tiene que estar siempre cerrada para que no se expanda por la casa.Solo entregan un manojo de llaves y la puerta de entrada abre regular, al igual que las ventanas y contraventanas de madera.Importante para familias, la nevera es muy pequeña, de unos 70 cm de altura y con un congelador minúsculo. En general, nos ha gustado mucho

Apartamento muy bonito en la playa
El apartamento es muy bonito y confortable, ideal para dos personas. Está al lado de la playa y con muchos restaurantes cerca. Urbanización muy tranquila y piscina top. La única pega que le ponemos es la limpieza, encontramos todo un poco sucio al llegar.

En general nos ha gustado mucho nuestra estancia en la urbanización. Es muy tranquila y la playa está muy cerca. El apartamento es lindo. Lamentablemente encontramos a una cocina bastante sucia. En general la limpieza tendría que ser optimizada, también la escoba o el cepillo de baño tendrían que ser reemplazados. También se tendría que entregar 2 llaves. Casi no no pudimos separar. Gracias por la muy buena colaboración con el profesional inmobiliario.

El apartamento era coqueto y con un menaje muy completo.El salón-comedor tenía balcón pequeño que si hubiera sido terraza se hubiera pasado más tiempo fuera.Estaba cerca de la playa y la urbanización aunque pequeña era acogedora, parecía un pueblo andaluz.
