Ideal location close to the lake, its public and private beaches and 15 minutes walk from the city center along the lake by the beautiful walk to enjoy the exceptional "lake and mountains."
Many shops and close proximity to bus lines.
The studio approx 28 m2, is located on the 4th floor of 4 of a luxury building well maintained with elevator in the popular district of Annecy between Prefecture, Galeries Lafayette and Imperial Casino.
The area is quiet and the building is secure. Private parking and bicycle storage are available to guests. The owners lives on site can advise on request.

With modern comforts and a contemporary design with flat screen TV, nice kitchen, washing machine, comfortable beds, contemporary décor, the apartment has a balcony facing the rising sun, mountain side.
Annecy is ideal for hiking in the Savoyard campaign or all water recreation, as well as tennis, golf, cycling, fishing, mushroom ... and all sports.

Emplacement de choix et très jolie ville .

Logement très bien situé , propre et pratique . Seul bémol : le manque de documentations sur la région ; il faut reconnaitre que l'office de tourisme d'Annecy en fourni très peu ! (nous en avons trouvé au chateau de Menthon )

Appartement bien équipé et propre, identique aux photos ;très bien situé pour toutes activités. Proche tous commerces et bien agréable pour aller visiter les sites aux allentours "Mont-blanc, Genève etc.." bon accueil des propriétaires y compris lors du départ pour un apéro bien sympathique...😀😁😉

Studio bien équipé et très bien placé

Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, qui sont de plus disponibles en cas de besoin durant le séjour. Le studio est très bien agencé et équipé, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. A seulement 2-3' du lac et très proches de commerces (supermarché, boulangerie, pharmacie,..), ce studio est idéal pour un séjour à Annecy.

Agréable séjour!

Studio très bien situé et très agréable permettant d'accéder au lac et à la vieille en moins de 15 minutes à pied. Le balcon permet de prendre un maximum de repas à l'extérieur. Accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires qui partagent conseils et attentions (apéritif convivial!). Excellent point de départ pour toute activité dans la région.

Thoroughly recommended.

Have just spent an excellent holiday at this studio. Extremely well equipped studio which, with wall-bed folded up, is quite large for a studio. Close to the lake and beach and a leisurely stroll to the town centre with its many restaurants and bars. The studio also has a balcony and its own private parking space. The owner lives on site and was very helpful.
