The cottage is relatively new, we have plenty of space, fully equiped, it was confortable and silent at night. It was not to far from restaurants in Aguimes and for the main activities. Just be carefull on the narrow roads on the sector. Luz and his son were veru kind and helpfull. We recommand this place.

Une jolie maison bien rénovée et entretenue dans un village magnifique et très bien situé pour rayonner tout autour de l île. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l endroit.La propriétaire est dispo et réactive. Nous recommandons !

Zwischen Bergen und Meer

Genau der richtige Ort, um einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet, großzügig geschnitten und verfügt über eine schöne Dachterrasse und einen Balkon. Auffällig ist die architektonisch gelungene Verbindung von Altem und Neuem. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es im nächsten Ort. Die sehr nette Bar in Temisas hat eine ausgezeichnete Küche.

La propiedad me canceló el mismo día de la entrada habiendo over Booking en la isla, si es cierto que fueron muy amables, pero me parece una falta de profesionalidad. La plataforma dijo que se hacía responsable dando unas soluciones pésimas. Finalmente disfrute unos días en la isla con mi familia pero eso si la ansiedad de llegar que sean las 8 de la tarde y no tener donde ir a dormir y que la propia plataforma no te atienda a la demanda no tiene precio.

Schöner Ausgangspunkt zum wandern...

Kommunikation mit Luz der Inhaberin sehr gut und schnell, Schlüsselbox an der Hauswand, passt. Paar Verbesserungen hätte ich parat, WC direkt an der Duschabtrennung so dass man nur schräg das Klo benützen kann. Das Häuschen hat im Prinzip alles was man braucht. Kanario Style... Preis Leistung ist okay. Kann man wieder hingehen. Strasse nach Temisas hoch ist nichts für Anfänger....

Erholung in dem schönen Bergdorf Tamisas

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Urlaub auf Gran Canaria ab vom Massentourismus. Wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft mit Blick über das Dorf mit viel Olivenbäumen und Palmen. Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, die um unser Wohlbefinden sehr bemüht war und uns Tips und Anregungen für Ausflüge und Feste gegeben hat. Die Unterkunft war top, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Tutto bene, abbastanza organizzato anche se si può sempre migliorare. Proprietaria molto disponibile. Calmo, ordinato, tranquillo, silenzioso, unico neo il problema degli scalini per accedere all’ appartamento. Non adatto a persone con handicap motori. La tranquillité en pleine nature

Avec un voiture de location va être facilement de arrivé laba pour les gens que cherchent être proches de montaine et de nature dans une maison avec des terrasses (pour manger ou boire et l autre sur le toit avec un douche et de chaise pour faire plaje)avec un vue surprenante sur la mer!la hôtesse très gentille et accueillante!!!!

Ruhige, lieb eingerichtete Ferienwohnung abseits vom Massentourismus.

Alles gepasst, super nette Vermieterin die immer erreichbar ist und gern Ausflugstipps gibt. Allerdings die Anfahrt berücksichtigen. Da das Dorf weiter oben liegt und nur über bergige Straße zu erreichen ist, braucht man zur Autobahn an der Küste mindestens 20 Minuten.

Eine schöne Unterkunft mit einer herzlichen Vermieterin

Nach einem freundlichen Kontakt vorab, wurden wir warmherzig von Luz am Heiligen Abend empfangen. Zu unserer Überraschung leuchtete ein Weihnachtsbaum im Wohnzimmer und gekühlter Cidre stand bereit. Daa Haus ist genauso wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und mit liebevollen Details, besonders im Kinderzimmer. Unsere Kinder haben sich darin sofort wohl gefühlt und angefangen zu spielen. Die Einrichtung ist gepflegt und funktional, es hat uns nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft auf die Berge und das Meer. Von der Dachterrasse kann man den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und nicht touristisch überlaufen. Nahe der Unterkunft befinden sich zwei Bars, eine Kirche und ein Spielplatz. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt in Aguimes vorhanden. Luz hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes liebevoll bei Fragen zur Seite gestanden. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Lovely Stay

I had a very enjoyable stay in this comfortable home. The kitchen is well equipped and balcony was lovely. Temisas is a pretty village close to the mountains and the owners were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
