Distribution of the villa:
With 150 m² of living space and with a typical Spanish Mediterranean decoration, The villa is distributed as follows: A main floor with a spacious, fully equipped and independent kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to one of the bedrooms with a single bed and an en suite bathroom with a small bathtub. A spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, air conditioning, a sofa area and a dining area. From the living room there is access to the second single bedroom, with a 90/190cm bed. A corridor from the living room leads to a guest toilet with a toilet and washbasin only, a third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower.
Going up some internal stairs we access the upper floor, where we find a bedroom with two single beds, a full bathroom with shower, a bedroom with two single beds and air conditioning, and a sixth bedroom with double bed and air conditioning.
