Beautiful independent villa located in a central and quiet area of Costa Rei, 2 steps (real) from the sea, with all services at hand. The villa is immersed in a large garden recited and shaded by centuries-old pine trees that allow you to relax outdoors in the comfortable sun beds even on the hottest days. It has 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 of which are double bedrooms and one with 2 single beds, a windowed bathroom with shower and washing machine, a living room with a comfortable sitting area and satellite TV, a kitchenette without oven and, finally, a large veranda equipped for being able to eat outdoors furnished with curtains for privacy. In the garden there is a beautiful shower with hot water, barbecue and parking space even for 2 cars. The villa is proposed for 6 people, also ideal for 2 families.

Super Lage, tolle Gastgeberin

Wir hatten in dem Haus sehr schöne 2,5 Wochen verbracht. Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern. Bereits vor dem Urlaub konnten wir sehr unkompliziert besprechen, wann wir ankommen und unsere Fragen wurden stets sehr freundlich und schnell beantwortet. Das Haus lag für uns ideal. Sehr nah zum wunderschönen Sandstrand. Kleiner Supermarkt und einige Restaurants sind alle zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen unbeschwerten Urlaub braucht. Den Backofen haben wir nicht vermisst und es war alles ordentlich uns sauber bei unserer Ankunft. Schön war auch, dass wir unser Auto direkt auf dem großen Grundstück parken konnten. Die Aussendusche war nochmal ein zusätzliches Plus nach einem Tag am Strand. Natürlich ist der Rasen nicht auf dem gesamten Grundstück saftig grün, aber das kann man in einer so trockenen Zone auch nicht erwarten. Danke der Bewässerung umgibt die Terrasse aber schöner Rasen. Dank der Klimaanlagen konnten wir auch sehr entspannt schlafen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und für uns eine klare Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Urlaub Costa Rei August 2020

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub und konnten uns gut erholen. Wir waren bereits das achte mal an der Costa Rei und es ist einer der schönsten Urlaubsorte die es gibt. Aber wir müssen leider sagen, dass nicht alles so gut ist, wie es aussieht und beschrieben wird. Das Haus hat eine neue Küche und ein neues Bad. Das neue Bad konnten wir wegen extremen Kanalgeruch erst nach 5 Tagen benutzen. Die Behebung haben wir selbst erledigt, da von der Vermieterin, bei unserer Meldung uns nur mitgeteilt wurde, das wir das Bad nicht gebucht und bezahlt haben. Ein Klemptner erst später tätig werden kann, da alles aufgerissen werden muss. Sei es wie es ist. Die gemütlichen Liegen, konnten wir eher gar nicht nutzen, da keine Auflagen vorhanden waren. Genauso, gab es auch kein Kissen für die Plastikstühle. Bzgl. Kinderfreundlichkeit möchte ich noch mitteilen, dass das Haus mit Grundstück nicht für Kinder zwischen 1-4 Jahre geeignet ist. Es gibt viel zu viele Möglichkeiten, wo sich die kleinen schwer verletzen könnten. Das Grundstück ist nur halb Grün der Rest sehr Erdig. Von der schönen Gartendusche mit Warmwasser, muss man erst durch den Dreck um wieder ins Haus zu kommen. (War nicht so toll) Die Umgebung des Hauses ist recht dreckig und unaufgeräumt. Ich könnte noch mehrere Punkte aufzählen aber irgendwann ist es gut. Man sollte noch wissen, dass das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat. Ist im August dann recht heiß in den Schlafräumen. Die Ventilatoren, helfen hier nur gering. Aber wenn ich es richtig verstanden habe, soll eine Installiert werden. Die Leitungen sind sowie es ausgesehen hat bereits außen erkennbar. (Kindersicherheit!!!) Wir möchten noch abschließend mitteilen, dass das Haus bestimmt für sehr viele wunderschön und wunderbar ist. Für uns war es nicht ganz so, aber wir haben unseren Urlaub trotzdem genossen, werden aber dieses Haus nicht mehr besuchen.
