The house is on three levels on the first is located the
kitchen living room with a double sofa bed. 4 steps and you get to the 2nd level where there is a double bedroom or two singles and an adjacent bathroom (with shower).
On the third level another double bedroom, a bedroom with two bunk beds plus a pull-out drawer and a bathroom with shower. The house is situated within a very quiet village with various services market bar pizzeria restaurants mini golf pool(for a fee) and tennis courts the beach
closer to the house is 10/15 minutes walk passing through the village (it is a beautiful promenade) also the beaches offer kiosks refreshment umbrellas and organize windsurfing sailing school etc. part of the beach is free beach. There are

Aug 2025: Terrible Stay – Bee Infestation, No AC in Living Area & Power FailuresThe home looks beautiful, but our experience was miserable— two previous guests have similar complaints. We had a bee infestation on the terrace, and the owner told me to go buy bee spray myself. The outdoor space was unusable — we couldn’t enjoy meals or even a glass of wine.Inside wasn’t better. When we tried to open the door for air, bees would come inside, so we had to keep it closed. The main living area has no AC and was unbearably hot, making it impossible to enjoy the view from inside — the main reason we booked this place.The breaker kept tripping day and night, cutting power and AC. I was told to only run AC units at night, 5 mins apart, and only with everything else turned off. The Wi-Fi was useless — I had to leave the property just to process the payment.We were charged 200 for a bathroom door issue the owner admitted was a previous issue and that it was previously “repaired.” Owner was angry for us using 2 extra sheets and pillows from a closet, and even accused us of having extra guests — simply because we used spare bedding, which I reasonably assumed was for guest use. We left the place in good condition, but owner was just looking for an excuse to charge fees.Filed a refund request and formal complaint. Beware — do not stay here!

Casa ben tenuta, rifinita molto bene in tema marino.L'affaccio sul mare straordinario.proprietari molto gentili e disponibili.Spostandosi in auto si raggiungono moltissime spiagge da vedere.Unica pecca un pochino isolato.

Beautiful view

All in all great. But the wifi and network is not good. We were 8 people (3 couples and 2 single) travelling together and in two of the rooms 3 people had to sleep together. Otherwise we had to place 2 people in the kitchen with no aircondition.

Ottimo

Abbiamo soggiornato settimana scorsa in questa bellissima casa. Dalla terrazza durante le cene si può godere di una splendida vista sul mare, le camere sono confortevoli e dotate di aria condizionata. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta. Inoltre il villaggio porto corallo dispone di tutto il necessario: spiaggia attrezzata e spiaggia libera, bar per colazioni e aperitivi, market per la spesa, panetterie, ci sono anche alcuni ristoranti dove poter mangiare cucina tipica sarda e pesce che sono davvero validi,in più se si avessero esigenze particolari Villaputzu é a 5 minuti di macchina e il paesino offre tutti i servizi. Dalla casa in poco si possono raggiungere le spiagge libere di Murtas, Feraxi e Salinas, e in circa 40 Min anche quella di costa Rei tutte davvero meravigliose! Struttura super consigliata.

Vue magnifique "comme à la maison"

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Alessandra et sa famille sont très disponibles et très gentils. Les photos ne rendent pas hommage à la beauté du lieu. La vue est splendide avec le bruit de la mer en fond sonore. Orienté plein Est le spectacle du levé du soleil est époustouflant (le couché apporte également ses notes de rose et pourpre). La maison en triplex est très agréable et fonctionnelle. Villaputzu, la ville à côté, permet de faire ses emplettes. La plage est juste en contrebas (qq minutes à pied) avec la possibilité de faire du snorkeling (nous avons même aperçu une murène !) Le seul petit bémol est la localisation. Malgré un cadre magnifique, c'est assez éloigné des "spots touristiques". C'est un séjour que nous n'oublierons pas.

Presi in giro e abbandonati.

Nel complesso esperienza negativa, esclusa la location. Abbiamo soggiornato due settimane e contrariamente a quando comunicatoci via mail, non abbiamo ricevuto il cambio settimanale della biancheria. A fronte della segnalazione dell'assenza del barbecue ci è stato consigliato di usare il camino all'interno della casa (con una temperatura esterna di 40 gradi!!!) considerando che la casa è sprovvista di condizionatori. Pur avendo tutti i telefoni di ultima generazione, la connessione internet e telefonica è praticamente assente. La macchinetta del caffè non è altro che una moka. Dopo vari anni di utilizzo della piattaforma vrbo è la prima volta che non abbiamo ricevuto il servizio e il contatto con l'host sperato considerando le recensioni precedenti. Sono veramente deluso.

Vista mozzafiato e proprietari gentilissimi

Casa con vista spettacolare, i nostri bimbi si svegliavano all'alba per vedere i delfini. Posizione strategica per raggiungere tutte le più belle spiagge della Costa Rei. Ringrazio i proprietari Alessandra e Salvatore gentili e ospitali per la bellissima vacanza sarda. A presto Lina e Roberto

Best stay ever

Villa in Porto Corallo was a very good choice for stay in Sardnia - the rooms were clean and nice and the view was breathtaking. The owners were so nice that they waited for us at the airport just to escort us to Porto Corallo. I would recommend Villa in Porto Corallo to everybody who wants to visit beautiful Sardinia.

Best holiday ever

Villa in Porto Corallo was a very good choice for our stay in Sardinia. The rooms were clean and nice and the view was breathtaking. VISTA MARE DA SOGNO

Le immagini rendono giustizia solo in parte all'incredibile vista mare che si gode da tutti gli affacci di questa casa. Posizione strategica per cene romantiche e comoda per raggiungere a piedi la spiaggia di Porto Corallo o in macchina a pochi minuti tutte le altre della zona. La casa è dotata di tutti i comfort e l'arredamento ricco di personalizzazioni fanno in modo di sentirsi davvero in vacanza. Consigliatissima!! Salvatore e Alessandra, i proprietari, sono persone squisite e disponibili. La zona è ricca di servizi e ristoranti. Sicuramente da ritornarci!

SOGGIORNO SPLENDIDO E CASA PERFETTA

Appena tornati da una splendida vacanza resa ancora più piacevole dalla casa...Vista spettacolare, tutto curato nei particolari, pulitissima e accogliente, un piccolo gioiellino incastonato in una cornice assolutamente divina. La descrizione della villetta è molto accurata e abbiamo trovato i proprietari gentilissimi, davvero molto disponibili oltre che ospitali. Magnifico addormentarsi la sera cullati dal "rumore" del mare e abbiamo avuto anche la possibilità di gustare bellissimi tramonti, la famosa superluna piena e piacevoli serate in veranda a godere della brezza marina. Assolutamente da consigliare per una vacanza rilassante immersi in un contesto favoloso. Posizione perfetta anche per raggiungere le spiagge di Costa Rei e Villasimius, saremmo felici di poterci tornare anche il prossimo anno. Ancora un grazie ad Alessandra e a suo marito, padroni di casa ideali.

Vista mare favolosa

L'alloggio è conforme alla descrizione dell'annuncio,ben corredato anche di più di quanto serva per una vacanza.La terrazza è godibile in ogni momento della giornata ed ha una vista bellissima sul mare.Proprietari gentili e disponibili,mai invadenti.Qualche scalino per raggiungere l'abitazione, anch'essa distribuita internamente su due livelli,ma veramente dotata di tutti i comfort descritti nell'annuncio, fresca e molto pulita.

incantevole casa a Porto corallo

casa tranquillissima , ben arredata e curata nei particolari, proprietari molto disponibili e gentilissimi, vista spettacolare , da non perdere l'alba e la luce notturna della luna che sembra entrarti in casa. Casa a Pochi minuti da Villasimius , dalle incantevoli spiagge della costa Rei e dalla spiaggia di Murtas che consigliamo. Vacanza soddisfacente che consigliamo.

"Magnifique logement face à la mer. Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires, nous nous sommes sentis comme chez des amis. Seul le "bruit " des vagues est venu bercer notre sommeil!"
