The municipality of Castiadas and its territory, to date, end of May 2020, has not had Covid-19 infections.

Until when all Italian and European citizens are vaccinated, in this accommodation in addition to the normal and thorough cleaning, certified by dozens of testimonials from our guests, we will proceed to perform a sanitization of the various environments, furnishings and equipment with hypochlorite 2% sodium, 70% alcohol solution and ozone-producing machinery. The apartment will be available to the new guest after a minimum period of 30 hours from the departure of the previous guest.

A holiday in the green lung of Castiadas-Costa Rey between the granite mountains of the "Seven Brothers" and the marvelous sea of ​​Costa Rey to discover white sandy coves and crystal clear water. Olia Speciosa is a small village with an agro-pastoral stamp and it is only recently that it is experiencing a tourist development linked above all to second homes. In a radius of 400 meters from home we have all the main services, medical guard, pharmacy, bank with ATM, post offices, church, market, fish shop, butcher shop and little more in the mechanic, agricultural - hardware consortium, bakery and dairy. The houses are arranged around a grove of eucalyptus and pine trees and you can breathe a peace that gives serenity. At 3 km there are two water springs and one of the largest holm oak woods in Sardinia. The forest of the "Seven Brothers" on the other side extends almost to the gates of Cagliari. The nearest beaches are about 6.5 km away and this distance that forces us to use the car invites us to always different excursions allowing us to range from Capo Ferrato to Villasimius.

Perfect location as base for trips to beaches and sightseeing

Appartment was clean and lovely. Alesandro and his wife are very gentle and helpful. To profit from this location, you need a car. The famous costa rey with the beautiful beaches is 10 min by car. Cagliari is ca 50min away. Chia ist 1h 30 min away. ATM, supermarket and restaurants are nearby for a short walk. There is plenty of space for a 5 person-familiy. (Sorry, i know, we have made a lot of noise). We have been there in springtime and couldn't profit from the big, shady balcony. We as family liked it a lot.

This is a very large house. Our hosts live on the ground floor and we stayed upstairs. Our hosts were very welcoming. Alessandro pointed out the only supermarket 2 minutes away by car (Market Atzori, which is badly signposted on the internet).We had a problem with the refrigerator (temperature around 12). As it wasn't possible to solve the problem quickly, our hosts kindly lent us part of their fridge! It's a great location for getting to the beach: from May to October, there are many beautiful beaches. We highly recommend this accommodation.

L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien positionné : Olia Speciosa est une jolie petite commune avec tout à proximité. C'est un bon point de départ pour toutes sortes de visites (plages, randonnées, visites, excursions).Le quartier est tranquille et Alessandro et son épouse sont discrets et disponibles. Soggiorno SUPER!!! (E l’hanno detto i bambini!!!)

Casa accogliente, ben tenuta e curata. Ambienti interni spaziosi e funzionali. Esterno con un terrazzo che noi abbiamo sfruttato poco perché eravamo tutto il giorno in spiaggia, ma che può dare enormi soddisfazioni! Ambiente esterno tranquillo e rilassante. Sandro e Maria sono disponibili, discreti e molto comprensivi, abbiamo soggiornato in sei: quattro adulti e due bambini di 2 e 6 anni, e nonostante la vivacità serale dei nani non ci hanno mai detto una parola, e credetemi io stessa pensavo di avere un branco di rinoceronti in casa!!! Sono pronti a rispondere alle svariate esigenze dal: “Dove vado al mare oggi con questo vento?” Al: “un posto buono per comprare frutta e verdura?” La casa ci è stata consegnata in condizioni impeccabili, con tanto di pensiero di benvenuto (dolcetti locali apprezzatissimi), set di teli mare per tutti e lettino per il nano più piccolo già pronta all’uso in camera matrimoniale. È dotata di tutto il necessario per soggiornare con tutte le comodità del vivere quotidiano. Sandro è un uomo che il suo mare lo conosce ed è preziosissimo sia nella scelta delle principali spiagge da visitare, che nel consigliare in quali andare in base alle condizioni meteo. In giardino sono presenti anche dei giochi per bambini che i nani potevano usare a loro piacimento. Probabilmente dimentico di citare qualcosa, ma posso solo aggiungere che ci siamo trovati davvero bene e che se dovessimo tornare in zona non esiteremo a ricontattarli. Consigliatissimo!

Splendida scoperta a pochi minuti da un mare da sogno

Siamo stati una settimana nella casa di Alessandro. Ci siamo trovati benissimo: la casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutte le comodità e gli accessori. A pochi minuti “a piedi” si trovano supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti e pizzierie. In particolare abbiamo apprezzato la veranda esterna molto spaziosa che permette di mangiare all’aria aperta e il giardino citatissimo nel quale è presente un’area giochi fantastica. Il nostro bambino di 2 anni si è divertito tantissimo con l’altalena e la casetta sull’albero. Un plauso al Sig. Alessandro e alla moglie che ci hanno accolto benissimo e ci hanno fatto sentire a casa: sempre disponibili per qualsiasi necessità, anche per informazioni sulle spiagge oltre che per eventuali ristoranti/pizzerie da visitare, con tanta tanta gentilezza e discrezione. Consiglio vivamente la loro struttura se volete visitare le spiagge di Villassimius e Costa Rey e se volete alloggiare in una casa immersa nel verde in totale serenità e relax. Sehr schöne und ruhige Wohnung

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist. Sogar Strandhandtücher, Strandstühle, Sandkinderspielzeug waren vorhanden. Wohnung liegt im 1.OG in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend. Es gibt einen sehr großen Balkon, der hervorragend ausgestattet ist. Die verschiedenen Strände in der Umgebung sind sehr schnell zu erreichen. Der Supermarkt und die Bar sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die einzigen Geräusche waren die Tiere vom Nachbarbauernhof. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Mille grazie!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, um den Südosten zu erkunden

Wir hatten bei Sandro und Maria eine tolle Woche! Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und die Gastgeber sehr herzlich und gastfreundlich. Pro: -große, sehr saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung -Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern, sehr gute Betten, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, schöne große Terrasse, kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür -gute Ausgangslage für Ausflüge an die Strände und im Süden Sardiniens -im Ort findet man einen Supermarkt, Restaurants, Cafés, Apotheke, Post, Geldautomat -sehr liebe Gastgeber :-) Contra: -nichts! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Sandro und seine Frau haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen. Tolle Wohnung genau wie beschrieben sehr sauber und groß. Die Betten für italienische Verhältnisse waren super bequem. Wir haben mit Sandro ein Bootstour gemacht die sehr zu empfehlen ist. Traumhafte Buchten und Strände. Alles im allem wir kommen wieder. Danke für den wunderschönen Urlaub Familie Mulas! PERFETTO!!

Ho soggiornato dal 24/08/2020 al 28/08/2020. Seppur breve, mi sono sentita a casa! Il signor Alessandro e sua moglie Maria sono persone eccezionali e molto disponibili. La pizza fatta in casa direi superlativa!! La casa pulitissima e piena di ogni comfort, un posto magnifico dove potersi rilassare senza schiamazzi e rumori delle grandi città. Consigliatissimo!!!

Sommerurlaub August 2020

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von den Vermietern empfangen, Sandro und Maria waren stets Hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung entspricht auf jeden Fall der Beschreibung, sie ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock und verfügt über einen großen möblierten Balkon. Die Vermieter wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Um das Haus ist ein schöner gepflegter Garten und man kann direkt vor dem Haus parken. Der nächste Supermarkt ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Viele schöne Strände sind in Kurzer Zeit mit dem Auto erreichbar. Am Abend lohnt sich ein Bummel durch Villasimius. Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung guten Gewissens weiter und würden auch selbst jederzeit wiederkommen.

Toller Urlaub in der Umgebung von Traumstränden

Wir haben den Urlaub hier sehr genossen. Der Wohnort Olia Speciosa ist zwar nicht groß, verfügt aber über die wichtigsten Einrichtungen (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Post, Bank, Pizzeria). Man ist nur wenige Autominuten von vielen traumhaft schönen Stränden entfernt.

Great family apartment, great vacation

We 100% enjoyed our 2 weeks-stay at Sandro and Maria's apartment. They were perfect hosts, always available for questions and forthcoming with good tips concerning activities or beaches to head to. The apartment is very nice, well equipped and has a huge roofed terrace, of which we could profit at any time of the day. It is situated in a quiet village with a supermarket and an excellent pizza place. The beautiful beaches of Costa Rey are only a short drive away, and thanks to the fine sand and quiet warm Mediterranean sea perfectly suited for small children. We had a perfectly relaxed holiday in Olia Speciosa - thank you very much.

Schöner entspannter Urlaub in traumhafter Umgebung

Die Wohnung ist genauso wie im Inserat beschrieben. Alessandro ist ein netter Gastgeber und steht für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Es gibt eine Vielzahl von traumhaften Stränden, die nur wenige Autominuten entfernt sind. Ein Supermarkt und eine leckere Pizzeria sind in nur 2 Autominuten erreichbar. Wir haben die ruhige Lage der Wohnung, am Ende der Siedlung, sehr genossen. Klimaanlage und WLAN haben tadellos funktioniert. Bestimmt kommen wir mal wieder.!

La esencia de la casa está en sus Propietarios Sandro y Maria

Escogimos este apartamento por la cercanía de los puntos de interés que queríamos visitar, que tuviera aire acondicionado y que tuviera camas suficientes para todos. Hasta aquí ninguna novedad, encontramos lo que se describe en el anuncio. Ahora explicaré lo que no sabíamos: que los propietarios eran encantadores, y que Sandro era un guía/aventurero muy bueno. Con él disfrutamos de un día en lancha neumática inolvidable, donde su compañía y lo que nos iba enseñando, cupieron todas las mejores expectativas. He tenido muchos días memorables en lancha, pero este sin duda no lo olvidaré. También nos ofreció hacer salidas de trekking, que sin duda hubiésemos aceptado si no fuese por el calor que hacía, y que íbamos con niños de 10 y 13 años. Respecto a María, eso os dejo que os lo explique ella, pero a parte de eso que no contaré, es una excelente cocinera. En resumen, casas se pueden encontrar mejores, pero difícilmente las encontrareis con ese valor añadido que son sus propietarios, y todo lo que os pueden ofrecer. Nosotros estuvimos solo una semana (de tres que estuvimos en la isla) y sin duda deberíamos haber estado dos como mínimo. La temporada perfecta Mayo y Junio, para poder explorar todo lo que no es playa y mar. Gracias Sandro y María

Fantastica vacanza

Vacanza all'insegna del relax in questa accogliente e super accessoriata casa a Olia Speciosa. Il paese offre tutti i servizi principali, passeggiando tra le sue strade, si respira un'atmosfera di pace e tranquillità. I proprietari della casa, Sandro e Maria, sono persone davvero cordiali, discrete, e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è spazioso e pulito, dotato di internet wi fi, tv e lavatrice. Sono presenti tre camere da letto, bagno, cucina, soggiorno, e un ampio balcone, su cui abbiamo piacevolmente cenato ogni sera, sempre accompagnati da una fresca brezza. I proprietari hanno messo a disposizione persino l'attrezzatura da mare : ombrellone, spiaggine, e i giochi da portare in spiaggia per il nostro bimbo. Tutte cose molto utili da trovare in loco per chi arriva in aereo. Per chi volesse farne utilizzo, in giardino c'è la possibilità di usufruire del barbecue. Al nostro arrivo, il Sig. Sandro ci ha fornito una mappa riportante i punti di maggiore interesse della zona, in aggiunta ai suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare, rivolti sia agli amanti del trekking, che agli amanti del mare. Infatti, è possibile raggiungere foreste selvagge e spiagge meravigliose, in pochi minuti d'automobile. Se dovessimo rifare una vacanza in questa splendida zona della Sardegna, sicuramente torneremo a fare visita a Sandro e Maria.

Herrlicher Aufenthalt in Olia Speciosa

Wir haben alles sehr genossen. Die schöne geräumige Ferienwohnung mit dem großen Sonnenbalkon im ersten Sock des Hauses in der es an nichts fehlte, die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Maria und Sandro und die schönen Strände der Costa Rey und Umgebung. Super sejour

Nous venons de passer 10 jours fantastiques chez Alessandro et Maria qui sont d'une extrême gentillesse. Merci encore à notre guide de randonnée : c'était un beau moment. Le gîte à tout ce qu'il faut, il est bien situé à proximité de très belles plages. les enfants ont beaucoup apprécié la balançoire, et la jolie cabane. Excellent séjour.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 3 semaines, dans la maison d' Alexandro et Maria. Nous avons été chaleureusement reçu et avons eu droit à plein de gentilles attentions. Le logement se situe à l'étage de la maison avec une entrée indépendante. Il est confortable et propre, avec une belle terrasse ventilée très agréable pour manger ou se reposer sur les transats mis à disposition. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut et on s'y sent très vite comme chez soi. La maison se situe dans la commune d'Olia Speciosa, dans un quartier familial, à proximité d'un supermarché (on peut s'y rendre à pieds), ou l'on y trouve tout ce qu'il faut et c'est très pratique. Nous avons un grand choix des plus belles plages à proximité de la maison (8-10 minutes en voiture). Vraiment c'est idéal. Merci encore Alexandro et Maria pour votre accueil. Nous reviendrons assurément chez vous. A très bientôt.

Perfect family apartment in Olia Speciosa

Great apartment on the first floor with a huge terrace and the most beautiful garden around. Very spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our ten month old baby boy. We also appreciated the mosquito protection at the windows and the big collection of beach equipment very much. :) Sandro is a very kind host! He welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know patiently. He also treated us with some yummy sardinian sweets and fruit from his garden. His wife wasn't there during our week, but surely she is just as nice. Olia Speciosa is a nice little village with everything you need and only a short drive to Costa Rei, Villasimius AND the mountains. We loved going to our favourite beach Scoglio Di Peppino and doing some hiking in at the Monte Sette Fratelli. Great spot for burgers, beer or aperitivo in Olia: Yumbeer. We would love to come back on our next trip to Sardegna!
