Detached fully renovated cottage with surrounded closed garden.
You open the gate and you imagine yourself in Hansel and Gretel's land. The property is from 1926 and has been completely renovated. Everything inside is new and finished. The ground floor is completely open with bay window, bathroom, toilet and open kitchen. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms, one with air conditioning, and another bathroom with toilet. The barn is also a brainstorming room with WiFi and a longer conference table. The garden is surrounded by walls so there is plenty of privacy. And children can play outside safely. If you walk around the corner you are right on the Vecht and in the old monumental village center. Utrecht is 15 minutes away and Amsterdam 30 minutes.
