Alpine Vista Lodge is a sprawling custom luxury home with amazing views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. The large picture windows in the open living area, dining room and every king bedroom suite capture the views and unforgettable sunsets over the peaks. Perfect for extended families, this home is a comfortable and spacious lodge located in the Highlands subdivision just 2 miles (5 minutes) north of downtown Breckenridge and the Ski Area.

As you enter this beautiful home, you are greeted by the large living room with hardwood floors and vaulted ceilings with large wooden beams. The living room features comfortable seating, a Colorado river rock gas fireplace, and a wall of windows facing West on to an expansive deck with an outdoor 4 burner gas grill and furniture. The deck will be your new favorite spot - grill and gaze at the mountains!

The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features granite counter tops, double ovens, microwave and an 8-burner gas grill top. Three sinks and two dishwashers can handle the load of your extended family. The dining room features a round table seating 8 (great for games) and a two level bar with seating for 6 more makes this a great home for the whole family. There is an additional small table that will seat 4.

A separate sun room with fireplace is stocked with paperback books for those in your group that want to escape and enjoy the view - take a book/leave a book! The gas fireplace will keep you cozy while you read or watch TV.

Everyone will feel like they get the owners suite because there are four bedrooms each with private bathrooms, walk in closets, and a King Bed. And each bedroom has new flat screen HDTV with Roku. Each of the four master bed rooms - one on the main floor and three downstairs - has a wall of windows facing the Ten Mile Range and/or ski area.

The bunk room is a kids zone with with two twin over full beds. Also downstairs is a complete second laundry room!

A Large 65" 4K UHDTV and a blazing gas fireplace can be found in the lower living area. A computer desk and mini kitchen with microwave and full refrigerator are just steps away. The door to the lower deck leads to the private 8-person hot tub! Watch the sun set over the ski area and huge views of the ten mile range all from your private hot tub!.

Free High Speed Wi-Fi is available through-out the home.

Located in the Highlands neighborhood north of Breckenridge, this is the perfect place to get away from it all while still being close to all that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. The flume trail system is right out the back door for access to endless hiking and biking trails.

ANIMALS are not allowed as owner is highly allergic. Absolutely NO SMOKING or Vaping anywhere on the property - the home is in a forest that has a severe dry season for 8 months of the year - so no smoking or vaping outside, either.

PLEASE NOTE:
A separate rental agreement will be sent to your private email with 24 hours of booking. This must be completed and returned along with a copy of the primary renter's drivers license within 48 hours to complete the booking. Awesome Stay for a Weekend Get Away

We often travel to the mountains with a couple other families to enjoy some skiing and mountain fun. This house was perfect for it. It is a very well equipped house, with great amenities and close to town but far enough out of Breckenridge to enjoy the quiet. Owners were great to work with and look forward to hopefully coming back to stay again.

Perfect spot for a family celebration!

We had 4 generations gathered together for my husband’s 60th birthday celebration. This house was perfect!!! Tons of space! INCREDIBLE VIEWS!!! Amazing house/location

The house is just as amazing in person as it appears online! The rooms are large with amazing views from each one. The owner was prompt and clear in her communication. We were traveling with friends and kids and she went out of her way to leave toys/games out for us and give us details on all the fun things to do with little ones in the areas. Overall loved our trip and new time we are in the area will book again.

Alpine Vista Lodge is a beautiful home perfect for a family or for couples. We were a family of 6 adults and 4 children. There was plenty of room for everyone to never feel crowded. The home is furnished perfectly and has a well stocked spacious kitchen. The outdoor area is fabulous with a hot tub, two lovely sitting areas and a wonderful view. You can access a couple of hiking trails directly from the house. The neighborhood is also perfect for walking. The Highlands is a lovely, upscale neighborhood that is located just a short drive from Main St. we have rented several vacation homes but this was the nicest of any. I highly recommend this home!!

The home of Beth and Dan North is stunning with its views and also its decor. Our family gathering was complete with a gourmet stocked kitchen and family dinners seating up to 12 persons and cozy but large family room. The bedrooms each with king size beds and baths were perfect along with another room for more guests! The outdoor deck with grill and patio with hot tub make it the best setting and view of the mountains imaginable! Beth was amazing in her responses to questions but also with suggestions and her "heads up" that we may see moose, and we did!! We couldn't have been happier with the home of the Norths and hope to come back again!! Thank you Beth and Dan!

Look no further for the best house in Breckenridge. Closely located to downtown and the ski slopes! Beth was a dream to work with. This is her families home for a lot of the year, so I dare you to find one thing that you need that isn't provided. They have thought of EVERYTHING! I will say that you do need to make sure you have a 4-wheel drive because the driveway is very steep and would be difficult to get in and out of with lots of snow and ice if you don't have one. Enjoy all Breckenridge has to offer while staying at this dream home!

Holiday Splendor

We had a deeply memorable experience celebrating both Christmas and Hanukkah at the gorgeous Alpine Lodge. Despite the winter weather, our family of 12 was quite comfortable, thanks to radiant heated floors, 3 gas fireplaces, and thermostats in every room. The cooks in our family were thrilled at the well-appointed kitchen, and there were toys galore to keep the toddlers happy (plus a pack-and-play and high chair). We enjoyed sledding in the back yard and watching the snow fall as we sat in the hot tub (which we reached via heated walkway wearing cozy robes). The place is perfect for a large group, with two refrigerators, two microwaves, two dishwashers, a laundry room, 2-car garage and space for more cars in the driveway. Beth provided excellent tips for enjoying snow sports and dining out. It was the most stress-free vacation I've had in years!

This house is the perfect location for families to gather. There are four complete master suites with beautiful mountain views, large bathrooms and walk-in closets. There also is a bunk room. The kitchen is huge while open to the great room and eating area. There are full amenities in the kitchen allowing a chef all the necessities for gourmet meals. The location is perfect being only a 5 minute drive from the slopes and downtown Breckenridge. That said it sits on a hill across the valley allowing spectacular views of all the Breckenridge peaks. The neighborhood is lovely with gorgeous homes and perfect for walking, running or pushing a stroller as we saw during our stay. The location is my absolute preference in that it is so close to town but away from the tourist crowds. Downtown Breckenridge is quite congested and as soon as you head across the valley all is quiet and tranquil. The hot tub was a great place to head after long days on the slopes and look up and stargaze. My family and I had plenty of room to spread out allowing us to retreat into the master suites to have some alone time with quiet due to the adequate spread of the layout. We will definitely come back and enjoy this home next year!!

Great Stay!

We had a wonderful time; very spacious home with phenomenal views! I've stayed in many VRBO/Airbnb homes before and this one has EVERYTHING you could possibly need/want! You can tell the family spends a lot of time there and really care for the place. As described, the neighborhood is not quite in town or by the lifts, but the drive was easy and shuttle service provided was great. We'll definitely consider Alpine Vista Lodge on our next trip to Breck!

We have enjoyed the Colorado Mountains for years and finally purchased our dream vacation home which we rent out when we are not there. Every season in Colorado is special - and this home is the place to enjoy them all.

Why they chose this property

The Highlands is a beautiful neighborhood with house on minimum 1 acre lots - so you're not looking into your neighbor's windows. It feels like community, and is so close to Breckenridge, yet you feel like you are in the woods by yourself. We love Breckenridge - it's a real mountain town. Close enough to Denver, yet far enough from the interstate as to be peaceful. We have seen Moose, Bear and Deer on our property (moose during daylight hours; Bear and Deer at night, all caught on external security cameras).

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the views from this home - it's why we wanted a mountain home. Sitting on the deck or in the hot tub watching the changing lights in the sky over the mountains is like heaven. We have three grown sons with their own families, so the large bedrooms (which will each accommodate a pack-n-play!) plus the large fully equipped kitchen are needed for us. There is room the whole family to cook / prepare meals without being in each other's way. And the three family rooms gives everyone a chance to spread out.
