This wonderfully convenient complex sits just 175 yards from the Village Lodge at Mammoth Mountain, accessed by a direct walkway over Forest Trail Road. You can walk 350 yards to the Village Gondola and ski home daily when the conditions are right on the beginner-level Ski Back Trail down the street. Mammoth Lakes becomes a paradise for golfers, hikers, and mountain bikers in the sparkling summer months. Practice your drive at the Sierra Star Golf Course, hike through Mammoth Lakes Basin, or spend a day on the shores of Mono Lake 30 miles north. You'll also be 66 miles southeast of Yosemite National Park and its awe-inspiring granite cathedrals.

Step inside to find a beautifully remodeled living space nestled among the trees. Sit on the leather sofa, warm your toes by the gas fireplace, and relax with your loved ones as the sunlight streams through the floor-to-ceiling windows.
