Staff wear gloves for cleaning.* This truly special corner mews house is located in a prime location next to High Street Kensington and just moments away from Hyde Park. The house is spread across 3 levels and boasts 6 bedrooms all of varied sizes, 3 bathrooms and a toilet room. There is also a private parking space next to the entrance door.

The home is located in a very sought-after neighbourhood, making walking to attractions, shops, restaurants and more, a feast for the eyes. The entrance is located on the ground floor and guests will find a big and bright living and dining area. The home comes with comfortable sofas, a mounted TV, and a dining table seating all guests. Just off the living and dining room, you will find a gallery style kitchen featuring state of the art appliances. It comes fully equipped and ready to be used. There is also a ground floor toilet room leading off the kitchen and also access to the parking space. All the bedrooms come with very comfortable mattresses, great pillows, windows and different wallpapers and styles, giving you different moods in addition to a good night’s sleep. The first floor comes with 3 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, one with a double bed, and one with a bunk bed. The bunk bedroom is ideal for kids as it comes in with a funny and playful design; in addition, the beds are only suitable for kids and not for adults. Guests will also find two bathrooms, one en suite in the king bedroom for additional privacy, and one family bathroom. A further three bedrooms are located on the second and last floor, featuring 2 comfortable double beds and another king bed. Guests will find another family bathroom, which is also partially an en suite. The parking space entrance is located next to the kitchen and offers guests a private parking space for a small car, a great perk to have in this area of London. The home also offers high-speed WiFi and space to work, should you need or want to get some work done while there.

Please note that the garage can only accommodate small cars and sedans. If you have a larger vehicle, please reach out in case of any questions.

You’ll have access to the home at all times. Because the home comes with key box, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Right in the heart of London’s Kensington area only moments away from High Street Kensington and Knightsbridge Stations, Harrods, Royal Albert Hall and close to the beautiful Hyde Park and its Kensington Palace, this home is the perfect location for friends or family. Both Holland Park and Notting Hill are a few minutes away, and you are surrounded by hundreds of great restaurants and bars. The area is famed for them. With so many tube stations a few steps away, you have easy access to anywhere in London and can walk to most areas of central London in under 25 minutes.

Given the location of the home, most of London's centre is in walking distance or only a very short drive away. With the tube station so close you’ll be able to go anywhere in London quickly. You’ll also be able to hail a London taxi or use Uber to get around.

The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Please be aware that you will have to close the parking space door at all times for added security to the house, as there is a door that leads into the house from the parking space. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour.

This property has the makings of a great VRBO. There’s enough rooms w/comfortable beds and bathrooms for a large party, a great meeting area, and decent kitchen. Not to mention, location is perfect. Unfortunately, the heat did not work in winter - there were mobile space heaters that were placed throughout, which should have been mentioned prior to our arrival - we had to get creative with their locations so no one was cold since there weren’t enough. Only 2/4 toilets and 1/3 showers worked - which for our group of 7 was inconvenient. The property manager that we were in direct contact with was responsive but unfortunately, for our 4 day stay we were limited to the amenities above with no fixes.
