About this property
A unique contemporary house close to Battersea Park sleeps 8
This unique and contemporary property is part of an old Victorian School, centrally located extremely close to the wonderful Battersea Park. It is the perfect place from which to explore Chelsea and beyond, and enjoy downtime. With it’s striking mix of double height ceilings and windows, giving it a loft style feeling, unusual vintage pieces and eye-catching artworks, the living areas are comfortable, stylish and inviting. Its situated in a discreet location with a gated entry, there’s a full time porter during daylight hours. From the rear there’s a wonderful courtyard. This property is very well suited to those who require privacy.
There are three double bedrooms, two with kingsize beds and a double which can accommodate six people. There are two children’s rooms available with upper bunks (no handrails) which can accommodate two people. Babies are welcome too, there is a travel cot. Parking is available on request. There is a wii console and games.
Battersea is a wonderful leafy area. All the joys of Battersea Park are right on the doorstep. There is the children’s zoo, tennis courts, boating on the lake, playgrounds, Go Ape tree top adventure and Putt in The Park (crazy golf) and two lovely cafes one by the lake and the other next to the crazy golf. The vibrant new development at Battersea Power Station also offers cafes, restaurants and shops. Although it is a lovely leafy neighbourhood, it is central, so the main sights of London are close by.
