You’ll have three good-sized bedrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors (2 x King Beds and 1 x Double Bed) and a spacious ground floor living room featuring a glass dining table with chairs for dining and an Italian leather sofa bed that easily folds out into a full-size double bed. This is perfect for families or groups who need flexibility in sleeping arrangements.
The ground floor has a full bathroom with a shower bath, WC, and basin, ideal for those who may have difficulty with stairs.
The ground floor kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, and all necessary utensils, plates, cups, and cutlery.
The separate breakfast room on the 1st floor with a cafetiere, gas hob, and additional fridge freezer is ideal for a relaxed start to the day.
Comfort and Convenience:
Living room: Featuring high ceilings, chandeliers, and a stylish decor, this space also has a flatscreen TV with Netflix, Prime, and other TV channels for entertainment.
Bathrooms: There are three modern bathrooms, each with shower-bath combinations, wash hand basins, and WC.
