Clean modern flat in a perfect location for walking or taking the Tube. En suite bedrooms were a real positive, and two of the 3 bedrooms were a large size. The third bedroom is smaller, but it does open to the patio. All bedrooms have good storage if you are there for more than a few days. Only feature of concern is the steps going down to the bedrooms do not have a handrail. The Welcome London staff were great communicators and we appreciated the digital apartment manual they provided. Easy to access the flat. Would definitely stay there again.
Our stay at the VRBO near Covent Garden was wonderful! The hosts were so responsive and kind. We had no problem at all checking in and finding everything we needed. The location is so close to groceries and the Underground.The bedrooms are incredibly quiet. There was no street noise at all. The rooms were very clean and everything worked perfectly. We will definitely stay here again!Thank you so much for a great vacation!-L

We stayed as a family of five with teenagers. The location was excellent—close to everything—and the staff was very friendly and responsive throughout our stay.The apartment was generally fine, but there are a few things to keep in mind. It’s located in the basement, and luggage must be taken down a flight of stairs, which might be challenging for some. The apartment is listed as having three king beds, but the beds are smaller than expected. Also, there’s limited space to hang towels or place toiletries in the bathrooms.Overall, the place worked for our needs, but a few small updates could really improve the guest experience.
We traveled to London as a family of 6. The flat was centrally located steps away from Victoria Embankment Gardens and Gordon's Wine Bar - the oldest wine cellar in London. The tube stations were less than 1/4 mile away as well. The flat was very clean, and fit our needs well. Property management was very communicative and responsive.
