About this property

Newly refurbished Georgian 6-bed 3-bath central townhouse

Please note we do not have a large shared living space here, there is only the kitchen and a small room connected to the kitchen.

Newly refurbished August 2022!
In March we just added eero Pro 6 mesh WiFi through the whole house (top of the line WiFi 6 with 500mbps down and 100mbps up)!

Located in a Georgian Grade II listed townhouse, a seven minute walk from Victoria station, in the heart of London and a transport hub (coach, rail, underground); you'll find good connection to all airports, the rest of London, and the UK.

We spent a year renovating, so we hope that you appreciate our attention to details, and that you enjoy your stay!

Great spot
Thank you for having us! Really enjoyed renting the whole building…made us feel like we had our own house in London. The proximity to Victoria Station was useful, and we walked to Westminster Abbey, Harrods and Buckingham Palace in one afternoon. We especially enjoyed the back patio!

Why they chose this property

This is a really great place to come if you're a large group and looking to be in a really central and nice neighbourhood. If you like to be close to boutique cafes, great restaurants and British pubs, but also with convenient food options, markets, and supermarkets, but also with good connections to the rest of London (3 subway lines), airports (fast train to Gatwick and others), rest of UK (Victoria is the major coach hub of the UK and will take you anywhere!) this house will be perfect for you :)

What makes this property unique

Our philosophy is to for stress and hassle free experience for you. From checkin, we have decided to make entry as hassle-free, so that you can have an easily memorable password (last 4 digits of your phone number), and no keys to lose. To checkout, where we have simple bag storage. In every room, you will find plugs on either side of the bed with a travel adapter and leads, so you do not even have to get out your charger. There is a TV in every room with all the streaming services that you could want (logged in of course). The kitchen isn't just there to be advertised, but is fully stocked with everything you might need. These are some examples of what was in mind when these properties were designed, and I hope you will be delighted to notice all the small details.
