Alfi was very accommodating and the apartment was exactly as described, He had thoughtfully supplied all the amenities - the silly things like washing liquid, salt pepper etc.Great location and would happily stay again

Great Location to Explore London

We enjoyed the quick access to the tube, Hyde Park, Notting Hill and Mayfair. The space was quiet and well appointed. We were grateful that we could drop our bags in the morning, well before check in time, so that we could explore the city on our first day!

Perfect Kensington Flat

Incredibly thoughtful owner, terrific housekeeper, and sensational location steps away from the Gloucester tube, all conveniences, and Hyde Park. Was a perfect week for work and recreation at this terrific flat.

Great flat

Alfi is an excellent host. Prompt, courteous and flat was as described. Great location to walk to attractions or Tube is a 5 minute walk. Lots of shops/restaurants close. Next time-we’ll be staying here again.

Beautiful Weather Great Flat

This flat was very comfortable, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Alfi was pleasant and helpful, but not intrusive - perfect combination for a host. There are a lot of stairs - but they’re doable. Slow and steady was our mantra. We had a great visit in London.

Fantastic Flat in a Great Location

This is an amazing place to stay - perfectly located near Hyde Park and the museums, and very close to the Gloucester Road tube station. Many excellent shops, pubs, coffee shops, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The host's communication was impeccable, the place exactly as described. My wife and I enjoyed the stairs, using the theory that we were burning off some Christmas calories! I would definitely stay here again.

Great flat

Great property in great location. Four plus flights of stairs so you need to be able to navigate those. Host makes sure you see on property details that there is no elevator in building and that you are fine with it.

Good simple property in South Ken. 5 mins from Gloucester Tube (Piccadilly line). Smart TV. Nespresso etc. All mod cons there. For awareness: 4th floor with no lift so need to be quite fit

Great Flat!

The flat is well cared for and equipped with nice kitchen amenities. The bedroom faces Cornwall Gardens so is reasonably quiet. Lots of morning sun in the front room which is cozy. The long walk up the stairs earns extra snacks! Finally, it is really well located close to the Gloucester stop on the underground.

Great location

My husband and I enjoyed two nights at this property. It was supposed to be much longer but unfortunately, we needed to suddenly return to the States. The flat is compact, clean, well organized and the location is great. A quick walk to the tube station, grocery stores and great restaurants nearby. The owner was easy to communicate with and on hand to familiarize us with the flat. Heads up…there is no lift but we don’t mind the opportunity to use stairs.

Amazing stay

My partner and I recently spent three delightful nights here, and our experience was nothing short of exceptional. Wonderful flat and location

My husband, adult child and I had a wonderful stay in the flat. The location was perfect and so close to the tube! Alfi was a fantastic host who checked in with us mid week to see how we were doing. He even had umbrellas sent to the flat in case it rained! I truly felt like this was a perfect spot for our visit to London. Thanks, Alfi!

Excellent Place to Stay in Kensington

Fantastic location to see the sites. Communication was great with the owner. Proximity to grocery stores and restaurants in the area was great. If you are into walking this is a great launching spot to get to all of the sites of London without staying the the heart of downtown. If you aren't into walking the tube is basically 1 block away. Had a great time.

Really enjoyed our stay in this lovely flat, perfectly located for business and pleasure. Firas is a wonderful host, communicative and accessible, and the flat well suited our needs with its easy access to the tube and proximity to a variety of restaurants, museums and parks.

The Ideal London Location

The Cornwall Gardens flat is the perfect location for exploring central London; you’re five minutes from the Gloucester Road tube station, and just 3 to 4 minutes more from the Natural History Museum and V&A. You’ll find pubs, restaurants, grocery stores, and everything you’ll need close at hand; the flat itself is clean and comfortable – perfect for a single or a couple. I enjoyed the big screen TV with Netflix and Apple TV… Wi-Fi is also super fast. Be aware there are several flights of stairs (the flat’s on the top floor), but that should be fine given normal mobility. If you’re staying more than a few days in London, booked this perfectly located property instead of a pricey hotel!

Very nice London spot! Finally something worth to mention.

I have stayed in many properties in this area as I am in London quite often. This is by far the best place I have found. A very short distance from Gloucester Road tube station. Check in was easy, the place was immaculate and had some very nice little touches (Ex. Apple TV plus & Netflix available on the TV). I had a great stay and will most definitely stay here again when I return to London.

Wonderful stay in London.

This is an ideal location for a London stay - in between and very close to all of my favourite spots in the city (Hyde Park, King's Road, Kensington High Street, and many more). The flat is well equipped and comfortable, I felt very much at home here. I never had any issues with noise and absolutely loved enjoying the natural light (and beautiful sunset light) from the living room windows. A few other bonus features: the couch and TV setup are perfect for movie nights, there's plenty of closet space, and the bed is super comfy. Thanks for a wonderful stay, I look forward to returning soon!
