Bright, cheerful first floor condo with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a den with sleeping accommodations. Recently remodeled kitchen and master bath. Warmly decorated to make you feel at home. Wonderful southwestern exposure creates beautiful lighting from morning 'til sunset. Overlooks the lake and the 12th green on Windstar's premier golf course.

Condo details:
Master bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet and renovated master bath.
Second bedroom has two twins
Den has a new queen sofa that instantly converts to a queen airbed.
Large eat-in-kitchen renovated with granite counters and cherry cabinetry.
Main room has wall-to-wall glass doors that slide open to create an open air living room.
Large laundry room. Attached garage.

Spinnaker Pointe has a community pool and jacuzzi, 2 tennis courts and a clubhouse.

Windstar on Naples Bay has so much to offer:
- Free boat shuttle service to Windstar's private beach on Keewaydin Island.
- Sunset cruises offered around Port Royal and Naples Harbor.
- Windstar has its own marina with slips available for rent.

Windstar's location is ideal:
- Just minutes from Old Naples' restaurants and shopping
- One block from Naples Botanical Garden
- One mile from over 50 pickleball courts in East Naples Community Park
- One mile from Lake Avalon, a 60-acre hidden gem, with a freshwater beach, kayaking, walking/biking paths, sailing lessons and more.

Condo Amenities:
2 bikes, beach chairs and towels, all linens, 2 TVs, barbeque propane grill, free wi-fi, Bose bluetooth speaker, dishwasher, washer/dryer.

Rental details:
Monthly rental rate includes cable, internet and electric bill paid by owner.
Renters pay additional administrative fees of $245 (Windstar Master Association Fee of $145 and Spinnaker Pointe Condo Association Fee of $100).
Renters also pay a $150 cleaning fee to open and close the condo.

Golf Membership transfer option:
Full Windstar club membership privileges of unlimited golf, tennis, fitness center and usage of all club dining facilities. Also, access to playing at over 70 reciprocal golf courses from May through October. Windstar charges $1445 in usage and transfer fees for a one-month golf membership.

Exceptional!

Our stay was exceptional, the townhouse equipped for a terrific stay with accoutrements akin to a 5 Star Hotel. Wonderful spaces indoors and out, the location is simply the best at Windstar Resort.. directly on a large lake, making you feel close to nature and with the feel of old Florida, and includes a boat ride to a private island beach!

Why they chose this property

While our permanent home is up North, we have fallen in love with the beautiful Naples community. Windstar on Naples Bay meets our needs for both golf and waterfront activities. We love our beautiful view in the condo, and enjoy the bay views from the club and the complimentary shuttle service to our private beach on Keewaydin Island. We also hope to do more boating in the near future.
