It is an ideal accommodation for families and couples, with private access to a terrace on the top floor. It is a 6-apartment building, so there are no crowds. The keys are collected independently in a small safe at the entrance of the building. It is fully furnished to accommodate 4 people with a double bed in the room plus a double sofa bed in the living room. It has cotton sheets and towels, a kitchen open to the living room with television and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub. The terrace on the top floor is ideal for dining al fresco in the summer!It is located on Turia street in Valencia, next to Torres de Quart and a few minutes walk from the city center and the IVAM and MUVIM museums. It is perfectly communicated with numerous bus and metro lines and there is a supermarket 25 meters away.IMPORTANT: Until the end of 2025, there will be construction work on a new building next to Flats Friends Torres de Quart. Your stay may be affected by noise and dust from the construction.
