Are you coming to visit Valencia? I invite you to stay at my house! You will be very comfortable thanks to its equipment and location. It has two bedrooms with 1.35m beds with viscoelastic mattresses, which will be prepared and dressed with clean sheets for when you come. There is also a "book" type sofa-bed in one of the bedrooms and a cheslong-style sofa-bed in the living room, which opens onto a comfortable and spacious 1.60m bed. The main bathroom has a shower and there is also an extra toilet with a toilet with a built-in bidet cleaning system. There is always shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, etc. The open kitchen to the living room and equipped with everything you need to cook, there you will find extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, spices .. There is a Dolche Gusto coffee machine for coffee lovers. There are enough lockers for you to keep your clothes and you will always find clean towels as well as extra bedding in case you need them. There are maps and prospects related to the city of Valencia and its surroundings so that it is easy for you to move around here. You have TV and broadband internet with WiFi. Building has an elevator and is located in a quiet street, next to all services, supermarkets, bakeries, greengrocers, metro and bus stops. Less than 10 minutes walking are in Cuidad de los Artes, in the marina of Valencia, 3 large shopping centers. Very close to the beaches, famous paella restaurants, etc. The metro is 5 minutes walk away and has a direct connection to the city center and airport. If you come by car, you can park on the street in front of the apartment. It has no blue zone. There is also a parking lot around the corner for 8eur 24 hrs. Lovely Apartment for Exploring the Port & Beaches

Enjoyed my stay for 4 nights in this apartment. The wifi worked very well for my work and the location was great for exploring the port and the Science Center area. Grocery stores are conveniently located nearby and I cooked a couple of my own meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Use the Valenbisi bike-sharing app for longer journeys downtown. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for the beach

The property was conveniently located a mile from the beach and about 2 miles from the Old historic city. We found a grocery store and pastry shop close by.

Stylish, big apartment, very good Communication

The stay was great, the apartment is located a bit outside the city centre but near to the beach and the science Museum. All in all I the Apartment could have been cleaner and the neighbours are very loud at day and night. One big positive aspect was the opportunity to check in early.

Ideal apartment

Well equipped, comfortable apartment and reasonably priced. Easily reached from airport on metro. Advantage of seeing the city and access to the beautiful beaches. Could easily spend a week here.

I'll would book again

Just before arriving, i could reach the agency. At the end I had to call, from that moment communication was fine. The place is clean. There is some supplies in the kitchen to use. Locationwise, use the bus to get into the city, beach is quite close. I would go stay here again.

Ear plugs essential

The property itself was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The beds and sofa were very comfortable and there was a full kitchen with all appliances. In general the location was good for accessing family friendly attractions such as the aquarium, but, the flat was extremely noisy. The next door neighbour had the TV playing at full volume all day late into the night, and on Friday there was a LOT of noise on the street below. I took ear plugs so managed to sleep ok, but the noise was significant. Also, I received a message from the host a few days before asking for an estimated time of arrival. We organised our train tickets to arrive at the allocated check in time of 4pm (later than most places, usually it's 2-3pm) and let the host know. I then received a message the night before from the key holder to say she couldn't hand the keys over until 5 meaning we would have had to hang around for over an hour. My husband phoned her and they came to an agreement that she would come back earlier to give us the keys which we were very grateful for. So overall, the apartment was very nice, clean and spacious, but the noise and stress about checking in impacting our stay.

L’appartement est idéalement situé, proche du métro, à seulement 15 minutes à pied de l’océanografic ce qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement des illuminations nocturnes. L’appartement est d’un grand confort, la superficie, la propreté, la qualité des couchages… Tout est au rendez-vous. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un apartamento agradable con todo lo necesario

El apartamento está muy bien equipado, no hay que pensar en nada. Por la ubicación está más o menos a la misma distancia de casi todo (un poco más lejos del centro, pero con un autobús que para casi en la puerta).En check in fue exceente, con un trato muy cercano y agradable.

L appartamento e esattamente come nelle foto, grande, molto pulito e dotato di tutti i confort. E situato a circa 6 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro E inoltre vicinissimo a tram e bus tramite i quali e possibile raggiungere il centro, la spiaggia e l'oceanario Il quartiere periferico e tranquillo e pieno di bare ristoranti per tutti i gusti e le tasche L'host e molto disponibile e reattiva La città è bellissima, la spiaggia e pulita e molto ampia Se dovessi ritornare a Valencia sicuramente riprenoterei in questo appartamento

Buena ubicación

La comunicación con la propietaria y la entrega de llaves fue perfecta. Laura me entregó las llaves y me explicó cómo funcionaban los electrodomésticos. También me indicó donde hacer compra, la ubicación del metro, cosas para visitar, etc... fue muy comunicativa y agradable en todo momento. El piso corresponde exactamente al anuncio. Es muy grande, con dos dormitorios amplios. Las camas eran cómodas, tanto los colchones como las almohadas. El aire acondicionado en salón y dormitorio principal se agradeció mucho porque hizo mucho calor a finales de agosto. La cocina está bien equipada con electrodomésticos: nevera, horno, microondas, lavadora, cafetera, tetera, tostadora. No hay lavavajillas, pero tampoco nos importó porque comimos siempre fuera. También está equipada con vajilla, cubertería, sartenes, etc. Encontramos un surtido de aceite, vinagre, sal, azúcar, té. En general nos resultó muy cómoda la estancia. A destacar la buena comunicación tanto en metro (a menos de 5 minutos andando) como en autobús (numerosas líneas pasan por la puerta). Como puntos negativos había un olor desagradable a cañerías al entrar en el portal del edificio, pero ese olor no se percibe en la quinta planta donde está ubicado el piso. Además a veces se oía la televisión del vecino que tenía el volumen muy alto.

Best Apartment ever

Never ever had the chance to stay at such a nice, clean modern and big aparmtnet. The communication went smooth aswell and the host was very nice. The apartment is near the habour and beach area with lots of markets near by. We would book again.

Zeer ruim appartement van alle gemakken voorzien op een perfecte locatie in Valencia. Strand, Turia park en binnenstad is makkelijk via OV of fiets te bereiken. Met airco wat gezien het warme weer ideaal was. De communicatie met de eigenaar was zeer goed, toen wij aankwamen kregen wij direct de sleutels. Ook verdere communicatie via whatsapp verliep snel en plezierig.
