Charming and very spacious and bright apartment in Valencia for a short stay. It has a double north and south orientation. Located in front of the Plaza del Cedro and green spaces, next to the L'Amistat metro station, near the La Salud Hospital and universities. It is a building from 1997.
It consists of a bright totally exterior dining-living room, 2 exterior double bedrooms with two full bathrooms (one in suite), fully equipped kitchen. It is fully furnished with brand new furnishings and appliances.
Aluminum windows that guarantee acoustic and thermal insulation, built-in wardrobes, hot/cold air conditioning in the living room. Radiator heating in all rooms. High security access door.

Comfortable apartment in vibrant and bustling Algirós

We rented this apartment for 3 ½ months in Valencia. Lucas was one of the friendliest and accommodating hosts we have met, always contactable if we had a problem. The location is great. You don't need to cook as there are lots of bars and restaurants around in this bustling area.We enjoyed our stay in Valencia!

Beautiful stay & experience

I recently stayed in this beautiful two-bedroom apartment and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, impeccably clean, and tastefully furnished and decorated. It also had all the necessary utilities, making it very convenient. The landlord was exceptionally welcoming and clearly dedicated to ensuring I enjoyed my stay. He was easily reachable and promptly addressed any questions I had. I would definitely choose this apartment again if I visit in the future and highly recommend it to others!

A Gem for the price!!! We loved our stay!!!

We stayed 6 weeks from late June through July and we had an AMAZING experience. The host is super friendly and responsive. The location is superb; a quick 8 min taxi ride to the beach & to old town and the city itself is so flat and walkable, lot of people ride bikes, it's really up to what you prefer. The apartment location is excellent! You have several supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, banks, pharmacy, you name it! We found a michelin restaurant that was a 13 min walk from us. You really get the experience of a tipical Spanish neighborhood. The flat has an elevator that is super helpful when you bring the supermarket cart with your groceries. The flat also has a lot of natural light and it's fresh as the air flow is ideal, we barely had to turn on the AC during our stay. Overall, we had an amazing stay, we plan to return to Valencia and there is no doubt that we will be staying again here; this is a gem for the price you are paying.

The manager was very attentive but there are things with this apartment which cannot be easily resolved. There are 2 pubs directly across the shared courtyard which stay open until 3 or 4 am. Loud noise, chanting and general rowdiness which made it impossible to sleep comfortably.The apartment is not noise protected so we could hear the neighbors speaking, phone ringing and phone conversations, and even coughing. Although the apartment was advertised as sleeping 4 (which in fact it did), it was not outfitted for 4. We ended up buying pillows, towels, kitchen utensils and plates, glasses and bowls. It is now outfitted for parties of 4.

Your visit coincided with local festivities of FALLAS and the Easter holiday period, when the area tends to be more lively than usual. Regarding the equipment, the apartment is prepared based on the number of guests in the VRBO reservation, which in this case was for 2, and kitchen for 6. Upon your request we provided extra bed sheets/towels for the second room to host your new visitors. If this was not enough, or something extra was needed I would have been pleased to attend you, in the same way I did every time you called me. You shouldnt bought anything We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us continue improving for future guests.

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es war mehr als nur das notwendigste vorhanden: Küchenrolle, T-Papier, Duschgel, Shampoo, Öl, Gewürze und vieles mehr. DAuch die Größe ist für eine Ferienwohnung sehr ordentlich, die Lage hat uns auch gut gefallen, ringsum einige Kneipen, die nur von Einheimischen besucht werden, entsprechend angenehm ist das Preisniveau. Zu Fuß ist es eine gute halbe Stunde bis in die Stadt. Aber last but not least: Lucas ist ein großartiger Gastgeber! Er spricht perfekt Englisch und ist in jeder Hinsicht ausgesprochen hilfsbereit. Ihm würden wir auch 6 Sterne geben!

Echt een aanrader om te verblijven. De host Lucas is een zeer goede host, hele aardige man. Het appertement heeft alles eat je nodig hebt. De buurt waar je verblijft is een fijne buurt met alles binnen handbereik. Openbaarvervoer ook binnen 5 minuten bereikbaar. Zeker de moeite waard om nog een keer te verblijven.

La casa fue perfecta para nuestras necesidades: cómoda, limpia y muy bien ubicada, con buen acceso al transporte público y numerosos bares y restaurantes cerca. Está a medio camino entre el centro y la playa, lo cual resulta muy práctico.Lucas fue un anfitrión excepcional: amable, atento y generoso. Yo llegaba con una lesión, y él se ofreció a recibir la compra online un día antes de mi llegada para que no tuviera que preocuparme. Durante la estancia, se rompió una llave en la cerradura y Lucas vino enseguida con una solución.
