Imagine waking up, stepping onto the balcony and watching the sun rise over the Mediterranean. Enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the sea before deciding whether to head to the beach, stroll along the promenade or explore Valencia.
The apartment is located directly on the beachfront, next to the historic Cabanyal neighbourhood. Bright, recently redecorated and fully equipped, it is designed for guests who want to combine the beach, relaxation, gastronomy and city life in one trip.
## 🌅 A BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE MEDITERRANEAN
One of the apartment's most special features is its balcony with direct sea views, furnished with a table and seating.
My recommendation: wake up early at least once during your stay to watch the sunrise. It is the perfect place for breakfast, reading, enjoying a quiet drink or simply feeling the Mediterranean breeze.
## 🏡 THE APARTMENT
The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a two-storey building, with no property above.
It includes:
• Bright living-dining room with sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, ceiling fan and radiator heating. • Balcony with direct Mediterranean views. • Fully equipped separate kitchen. • Two bedrooms with ceiling fans and individual remote controls. • Full bathroom with bathtub plus a separate toilet. • Washing machine and dryer. • Bed linen and towels. • Complete crockery, cutlery and household essentials. • Hairdryer and iron. • Beach accessories.
The kitchen includes appliances, a coffee maker, toaster, kettle and the utensils needed to prepare breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The apartment is suitable both for a seaside getaway and for longer stays.
## 🛏️ TWO BEDROOMS
The main bedroom has two single beds joined together to create a comfortable double bed.
The second bedroom features a securely installed bunk bed with two beds, making excellent use of the available space.
Both bedrooms have independent ceiling fans.
In addition to the main bathroom with bathtub, there is a separate second toilet, particularly convenient when several guests are staying.
## 🏖️ STEP OUTSIDE AND ENJOY THE SEA
Location is one of the apartment's greatest advantages.
As soon as you leave the building, you are in Valencia's seaside environment, with the beach and promenade right there. Start the morning with a walk, spend the day on the beach, return home to relax and then head out again for dinner on foot.
The promenade stretches for kilometres along the coast and is ideal for walking, running or cycling, with plenty of terraces, restaurants and leisure venues along the way.
## 🏘️ EL CABANYAL & VALENCIA MARINA
Nearby is El Cabanyal, one of Valencia's most distinctive neighbourhoods. Its maritime origins remain visible in its traditional fishermen's houses, tiled façades, markets and independent shops.
Its streets offer traditional bars, rice restaurants, seafood restaurants, contemporary dining, cafés and cultural venues such as La Fábrica de Hielo.
You can also walk to Valencia Marina, a fantastic area for strolling around the harbour, enjoying a meal by the sea or having a drink at sunset.
## 🥘 DISCOVER VALENCIAN GASTRONOMY
Gastronomy is one of my great passions, and I will be delighted to share personal recommendations according to your tastes and budget.
If this is your first visit to Valencia, I particularly recommend:
🥘 Trying an authentic Valencian paella or one of our many traditional rice dishes.
🥖 Experiencing the traditional Valencian mid-morning meal known as an “esmorzaret”.
🔥 Finishing it with a cremaet, our characteristic coffee prepared with burnt liquor and aromas of cinnamon and lemon.
🥛 Visiting nearby Alboraya for authentic Valencian horchata with fartons.
🐟 Enjoying fresh fish, seafood and Mediterranean cuisine by the sea.
✨ And, for a special occasion, discovering some of Valencia's fine-dining restaurants.
I can recommend everything from restaurants just a few steps from the apartment to some of my favourite places across Valencia.
## ⭐ PLACES I RECOMMEND IN VALENCIA
As well as enjoying the beach, it is worth setting aside some time to discover Valencia and its surroundings.
### 🌅 La Albufera
One of my favourite experiences. I recommend visiting in the afternoon, taking a traditional boat trip and watching the sunset over the lagoon. Complete the experience in El Palmar with a traditional Valencian rice dish.
### 🛶 Port Saplaya
Popularly known as Valencia's little “Venice” thanks to its canals, marina and colourful façades. A lovely place for a walk or a drink by the water.
### 🏛️ Historic Centre
Discover Plaza de la Virgen, Valencia Cathedral, the Central Market, La Lonja de la Seda, Torres de Serranos and the El Carmen neighbourhood: history, architecture, markets and city life.
### 🔬 City of Arts and Sciences
One of the great symbols of modern Valencia and worth visiting for its spectacular architecture alone. The Oceanogràfic is also located here and is particularly recommended for families and first-time visitors.
### 🔥 Fallas Museum
A great way to discover one of Valencia's most important traditions and understand the Fallas festival even outside the month of March.
### 🦁 Bioparc Valencia
An excellent option for spending several hours and particularly recommended for families.
### 🌳 Turia Gardens
The former riverbed has been transformed into an enormous park running through Valencia. Perfect for walking, running or cycling while connecting different parts of the city.
## 🚲 BEACH AND CITY IN THE SAME TRIP
The location makes it easy to enjoy both.
Start your day watching the sunrise, go for a run beside the Mediterranean, spend the morning on the beach and dedicate the afternoon to the historic centre or the City of Arts and Sciences.
Valencia is also particularly enjoyable by bicycle thanks to its mostly flat terrain, the Turia Gardens and extensive cycle-lane network.
Nearby tram and bus connections make it easy to reach different parts of the city without constantly relying on a car.
## 🌴 SHARED GARDEN AREA
In addition to private and exclusive use of the apartment, guests may enjoy the building's shared garden area, with trees and shaded spaces located above the underground car park.
## 🚗 OPTIONAL PRIVATE PARKING
If you are travelling to Valencia by car, you can request a private parking space located in the underground level of the same building.
Parking must be specifically requested when booking, is subject to availability and carries an additional charge.
The underground car park is protected and has controlled access, with separate entrance and exit gates.
I recommend checking availability in advance.
## 🔑 SELF CHECK-IN
Access to the apartment is completely self-service.
From the established check-in time onwards, you can enter whenever is most convenient for you, without having to arrange an in-person key handover.
Before arrival, you will receive simple and secure access instructions. This gives you greater flexibility if you are travelling by car, your flight is delayed or your expected arrival time changes.
I will be available if you need any assistance during the process.
## 📍 IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a building with only two storeys.
The building currently has no lift/elevator, so the apartment must be reached by stairs. I prefer guests to know this before booking so that they can decide whether the property is suitable for their needs.
Please also note:
• Pets are not allowed. • Smoking is not permitted inside the property. • Guests are kindly asked to respect the apartment and the building's shared areas. • Private parking carries an additional charge and must be specifically requested.
## 🤝 YOUR HOST IN VALENCIA
I'm Joaquín, Valencian by family and at heart, although I was born in the United Kingdom while my family was working in London. I'm a traveller, sports enthusiast and passionate about gastronomy.
Travelling has taught me that recommendations from someone who truly knows a destination can completely change the experience. For me, hosting therefore means more than simply providing somewhere to sleep.
I want you to find a comfortable, well-cared-for apartment while also having the opportunity to discover Valencia and our Mediterranean way of life.
I will be available before and during your stay if you have any questions. You can contact me through the platform and, once your booking is confirmed, I will also provide a telephone contact number.
If you would like recommendations, it will be a pleasure to help with restaurants, rice dishes, traditional Valencian esmorzaret, horchata, beaches, transport, activities and places worth discovering, while always respecting your privacy and independence.
## 🌊 EXPERIENCE VALENCIA BY THE MEDITERRANEAN
Wake up and watch the sunrise from the balcony, head down to the beach, explore El Cabanyal, discover the historic centre or finish your day with dinner by the Mediterranean.
On another day, cycle through the Turia Gardens to the City of Arts and Sciences, or visit La Albufera, take a traditional boat trip at sunset and finish with a rice dish in El Palmar.
Or simply relax, enjoy the beach and sit on the balcony overlooking the sea.
That is one of the greatest advantages of staying here: you do not have to choose between a beach holiday and a city break in Valencia.
**You can enjoy both.**
**Welcome to my home by the Mediterranean. Welcome to Valencia.**
