Lovely bright apartment, 550mtr of the beach and free Wifi

A completely renovated apartment, nice and bright, in the old fishing district of Cabanyal, lively and in the middle of Spanish life. Supermarket, shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The beach at Del Cabanyal is less than 600 meters away. The center of Valencia is 5 km away, very good to reach by public transport, but even more fun by bike through the Turia (the dry river bed that has been transformed into a beautiful, lively park).

The apartment is suitable for max. 5 people and is on the 3rd floor. It has a living room with kitchen and 3 bedrooms. There is 1 bathroom and the apartment has 1 balcony.

There are numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. But also various shops and supermarkets are within walking distance. For the daily fresh groceries, Mercat Municipal del Cabanyal is highly recommended.

Valencia is a beautiful city located on the beach. The city is best discovered on the bike. Bicycles can be rented at different locations or with Valenbisi. Public transport is very well arranged. By bus and tram you can go to the old town for € 1.50. The metro also has a very good connection to both the city center and the airport. Lines 5 (green) and 3 (red) have a direct connection between the beach and the airport. At the end station Maritim-Serreria you can walk to the apartment or change to line 6 (lilac) and get off at Mediterranie. From here it is a 4 minute walk to the apartment.
Free parking is available throughout the neighborhood.

Family friendly stay, in great location.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was brilliant for the metro, beach & shops. We had fun exploring Valencia and then enjoyed coming back to the apartment to relax. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning in the lounge and having a dishwasher and washing machine were a big bonus. We had everything we needed for a great holiday.

Great holiday in the beach area of Valencia

Our family had an enjoyable stay. The apartment was clean an as per the description. The location was great, 5 to 10 minutes walk to the beach, 5 minutes walk to a large Mercadona supermarket and many local restaurants / cafes literally around the corner from the apartment. As the bike paths are fantastic, we hired bikes locally from santamarcelitabikes.com. We'll defiantly be back to Valencia!!

Mit der Esstischlampe kann man NICHT lesen oder Spiele spielen. Supi ist die Kaffeemaschine von DolgegustoAlles in allem komme ich gerne wieder, in diese Wohnung, sobald wir die Familie wieder besuchen gehen

Schöne Wohnung in 10 Min. Entfernung vom Strand. Eigentlich ruhig gelegen, in der Karwoche im Zentrum der Feierlichkeiten zur Semana Santa. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis.

L’appartement vient d’être rénové, il est donc très propre et décoré avec goût, bien équipé également avec des équipements de bonne qualité . Le propriétaire et le gestionnaire sur place sont disponibles et réactifs, le quartier vivant et offre toutes les facilités de transport et commerces à pieds, nombreux restaurants et plage à 5 mn de marche. Seul petit bémol avec un bruit de plomberie qui a parfois été très présent, mais sans doute issu d’un appartement voisin, le propriétaire a fait son possible pour y remédier. À recommander donc.

Mooi en schoon appartement op perfecte locatie!

Ons verblijf in Valencia was fantastisch! Het appartement is schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en het ziet er uit als nieuw. Daarnaast heeft het een fijne ligging. Het strand en uitgaansgelegenheden zijn lopend goed te bereiken, en met de fiets of metro ben je zo in het centrum. Het contact met Steven verliep heel prettig. Ook bij de contactpersoon in Valencia zelf konden we met al onze vragen terecht. Ik zou dit appartement zeker aanraden aan iedereen die een geweldige tijd in Valencia wilt hebben!
