About this property

Kallisti Myrtia · Idyllic Holiday Villa - Views,

This is a magical Paros villa where you will lounge under the shaded terrace, an enchanted spot, with wonderful seaviews at daytime and moon & star views at night.

Just a few minutes’ walk from an idyllic sandy beach, possibly the most family-friendly on the island, you will stay at the serene oasis that is Paros Villa Myrtia. Breath the gorgeous smells coming from our tended garden, with its local plants and herbs and relax like you never have before.

You will be located at the tranquil and exclusive area of Santa Maria in Paros. The area is dotted with beautiful homes and the crystal-clear waters of our local beach, Mikri Santa, are a walk away.

Your dream holiday villa is set in a 1000 m2 plot of land with olive and fruit trees, aromatic herbs, lavender and wild flowers, all of which we welcome you to use along with the BBQ. Our home has been carefully designed and built following the minimal Cycladic architecture, using local materials of the highest quality, in order to blend harmoniously with Paros’ gorgeous natural environment.

It has large shaded terrace with fabulous sea views which is ideal for al fresco meals or evening cocktails with the moon and the lights from Naxos island flickering across the sea.

The interior spaces are bright and tastefully decorated in cool tones of white and beige. Simple lines, earth-colored furniture, stone and polished concrete floors and Aegean white walls bring out a laid-back feeling. Our Paros Villa Myrtia has one bedroom and can sleep up to 4 people. It's functional open plan kitchen is fully-equipped with cooking utensils and serving plates.

You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a private shaded terrace and garden from which you can pick herbs for your cooking!

As much or as little as you want. We are not always staying on the premises, however we are only a phone call/email for anything you need.

The neighborhood is a private residential area with villas. The local beach, Mikri Santa, is sandy and it’s waters are shallow making it ideal for kids. While lounging on Mikri Santa you will be able to order coffee, refreshments and snacks. There are a couple of excellent restaurants just a few meters away from the beach. The picturesque town of Naousa is just a few minutes’ drive away. It has a lovely little port, whitewashed cobbled streets, bars, restaurants, and shops. Many of Paros’ world-famous beaches are also close to Villa Myrtia, both by car and by bus.

We will provide you with a complete villa manual with suggestions for restaurants and beaches on the island.

The closest bus stop is just 20 meters away from Villa Myrtia, but the last bus from Naousa back to the villas is at about 6pm. So if you decided not to rent a car, which we highly recommend, and want to have a night in the town you may want to make arrangements in advanced with a local driver.

Villa Myrtia has private parking.

Villa Myrtia is your home away from home, for a relaxing and memorable holiday!

A very warm welcome from me, Theoharis, the owner of Vilaman ΙΚΕ, the property management company that is running this property.
Having traveled extensively in the Americas, SE Asia and Europe, and being a demanding traveller myself, I adapted my experiences to my native Greece and combined them with our philoxenia: the ancient greek word that literally means a “friend to a stranger” and is synonymous to hospitality.
For Greeks however, it is something deeper than that., it is an unspoken cultural law that shows generosity and courtesy to strangers.
In addition, my personal relationship with each property owner allows me to make sure that everything runs smoothly, as desired, so that our every guest feels at home at our properties and takes a unique experience and unforgettable memories back home with them.
