About this property
Palazzo Castrofilippo Apartment by Wonderful Italy
Beautiful apartment located inside Palazzo Castrofilippo, a recently renovated stately building in the heart of Kalsa, historic district of Palermo.
The house opens onto the living room, furnished with a sofa and TV, a table with 4 chairs and a sideboard. A sliding door separates the living room from the bedroom on the ground floor, furnished with a queen size bed and a clothes stand, also featuring a window overlooking the inner hall of the Palace. From the living room you also have access to the kitchen, entirely in wood and blue tiles, with washing machine and dishwasher. Next to the kitchen there is a bathroom with shower. Next to the living room sofa an iron and glass-made spiral staircase leads to the mezzanine, which is open and protected by a railing. On the mezzanine there is a French-size bed with a wall-mounted TV, chest of drawers, a two-door wardrobe and a small window from which you can access the second terrace overlooking Piazza Magione, from which you can see a glimpse of the sea.
*Upon arrival or a few days before arrival it may be required to pay a tourist tax, which varies according to local regulations. You will find your reservation details within the Guest Area of Wonderful Italy.
Palermo, one of the most beautiful cities of art in the country and the capital of Sicily, offers plenty of wonderful Unesco heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists can take part in the "Baroque itinerary of Palermo' to visit the main monuments of the city, such as the Church of the Holy Savior, the Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of the Historical Markets of Palermo' which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo. It doesn’t matter if it’s lunch or snack time, it is strictly required to taste the dishes with your hands only! This tour will also give tourists the opportunity to admire prominent buildings, streets and squares.
The central station is about 10 minutes by walk, and from there there are several options available to get to the airport or to other Sicilian destinations.
Before your arrival, we'll send you more info on places to go, and things to see and taste. Please do not hesitate to ask us for more!
