Ideally situated, well equipped and comfortable apartment with a very friendly and helpful host. We were able to go everywhere on foot and there are plenty of places to eat close by. Worth knowing that the entrance is up a single flight of steep stairs.

You could not stay in a more perfect location for the historical center of Palermo. The owners were super helpful and arranged an early check-in and explained how everything worked. Everything is super clean and the property is amazingly calm and peaceful due to double glazing. I had a wonderful time there.

I couldn’t have asked for a better accommodation. The host was so easy to get into contact with. The washing machine, fridge and air conditioning was all in working order. The location was the best and everything is conveniently located. I would recommend staying here to all family and friends.

Alessandra was wonderful with her communication! She met us when we got in late. The apartment was beautiful and clean and perfectly located. We were able to see the sights in Palermo and walked everywhere. Great food just steps outside the door. Highly recommend this quiet, lovely place!

Beautiful place and perfect location

Alessandra and her family are so kind and gracious! We loved their home and their willingness to offer recommendations. It was perfect for the two of us and would accommodate another person/couple with the sofa bed. The closet space throughout the home was plentiful. We would definitely stay again

Wonderful, clean, modern, fab location

Alessandra was very prompt with communication and informative with recommendations. This is a beautiful apartment in an excellent location, very easy access to all of the wonderful historic sites in Palermo. Parking is close and easily accessible, with a short walk to the apartment. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Great Location

Right in the centre of everything, yet very quiet. Alessandra and her family are welcoming hosts, who were quick to iron out some early problems with electricity and the like. A great place from which to see the city on foot. Would stay again.Note: best neighbourhood restaurant is CR21 (high end.)Good pizza: Assud Santamarina Restaurant to avoid is Bar del Centro.

This is a very nice, clean, and newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment that we felt very comfortable and happy in. It had everything we needed. It is very centrally located, but it is not noisy -- it was actually very quiet and we were able to sleep well. We highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment was in a perfect location, close to the city center. Everything was clean, and Alessandra had thought of everything. There was everything you could possibly need. She was very kind and gave us a tour of the apartment at the beginning. Overall, we felt very comfortable.

We had a wonderful experience at the Palermo apartment. It was close to one of the main arteries of Palermo with many attractions and eateries nearby, but was surprisingly quiet. It was very clean, tastefully decorated, and there was a considerable amount of attention to detail given to the needs of travelers that included lots of hangers, shelving, and drawers to organize your clothes and toiletries. Alessandra communicated in a timely manner and was there to meet us along with her daughter when we arrived so they could show us how things worked- like the washing machine and air conditioning. There was also a chilled bottle of wine and two large bottles of water as well. Very thoughtful. Highly recommend! Would definitely stay there again.

Right in the city center, this apartment could not be in a better location for visiting Palermo. Alexandria and her daughter were so welcoming and helpful when it came to getting around. The apartment was comfortable and well equipped. I would definitely recommend this rental.
