It is a beautifully decorated, spacious apartment. It looks exactly like the photos. It's centrally located and you can walk to everything. It’s also located right in the heart of the nightlife with tons of restaurants and bars. The host is awesome and he went out of his way to help us and answer all of our questions.

Dark and buggy

Walking into the apartment - we noticed the strong fragrance - almost like it was covering up a smell. Once I got rid of the fragrance - I noticed a rancid smell in the large bedroom. There was also mold growing in the closet which housed the washing machine. We were told that was from water damage. The outside patio was also dirty with bird droppings. The parking is horrible- if you do rent a vehicle - in fact - out vehicle was towed and did get get any help from the owners - in terms of who to call.

We are sorry for your evaluation of the property. As for the fragrance, the cleaning service, once the apartment has been cleaned, sprays an air freshener (the best on the market) which may have been strong for you, but all our guests have always appreciated it. In the bedroom we don't know what acid smell it refers to, we never received any notes from all the guests we received. As for the washing machine area, we explained that unfortunately we suffered a flood from some previous guests and until the wall dried completely we could not intervene to restore it. For parking, on the other hand, you parked your car in the towing area and it was rightly picked up. There are many parking lots around the apartment where you can freely park your car.

Great place in Palermo with tons of restaurants and places to see nearby!

The check In process what very smooth and the owners were very helpful in getting us forms for our return trip to the US. We enjoyed the space and it was very comfortable.

Great location

Wonderfully central, yet quiet. Apartment and equipment new and in perfect order. Andrea offered to help with everything from airport pick up to wine delivery.
