Good location. Easy walk to Teatro Massimo. Quiet. All as advertised. WiFi worked wel. Shower very small. Would be a challenge for a very large person. Bring your own shampoo and soap.

Perfect location

My partner and I stayed for 5 days and it was perfectly located to see all the sights. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the apartment is very quiet and clean. The elevator was incredibly useful especially with the luggage. A great stay I would recommend it to anyone of all ages.

Spacious and comfortable

Spacious,bright,airy,and tastefully decorated with plenty of storage.The shower is small but the pressure is really good and so is the temperature.really comfortable bed and small but usable kitchen.We had a lovely stay and Antonello was a great and easy to deal with host.The location is great with most things not more than a 15 min walk.Would highly recommend this place and Antonello

A nice appartment central to the ancient part of town.

It was a good place to stay on walkingdistance to the ancient town. You can park your car for a very short time in front of the house to unload. Then you should put it in a parkingplace, because you dont’t need it anymore.

Perfect in Palermo

My husband and I along with our two teen girls stayed here our four nights in Palermo. It was walkable to all the sights and great cafes and pizzerias. I recommend Al Viale Kitchen & Coffee for the morning, and we enjoyed Il Siciliana near Teatro Massimo for dinner. The apartment is just as it appears in the photos - very clean and all in good working order. The check-in key box was a little tricky but watch the video Antonello gives you ahead of time (we did not). Then, it was easy :)

A wonderful place to stay!

I stayed at Casa Soliva from January 5th till March 31st, 2023. As a Canadian, it was my first "snow-bird" trip and I had always wanted to visit Sicily. Casa Soliva was exactly as pictured and described, which was wonderful. It is a very comfortable and spacious place to stay. It had everything I needed for an extended stay, so I am absolutely certain it would meet your needs for a shorter one. The location was PERFECT!! I was extremely pleased that I could walk to many of the UNESCO and historic sites of Palermo. The neighbourhood had great restaurants, supermarkets, and cafes. Antonello was the consummate host, he provided many local recommendations and he was extremely responsive whenever I had any questions. Thank you Antonello for everything!!

Antonello war sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und spricht sehr gut Englisch. Die Lage ist für eine Zufußerkundung Palermos sehr gut und im Umfeld gibt es jede Menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Es ist eigentlich eher die Suchmaskte im Netz das Problem. Wir suchten für 4 Personen und bekamen den Preis für 2 Personen. Erst bei der Endabrechnung tauchten "weitere Personen" auf, die zusätzlich verrechnet wurden. Ja, wir hätten genauer hinschauen können, aber wozu dann am Anfang die Abfrage der Anzahl der Personen, wenn ein falscher Preis ausgewiesen wird. Das hat aber nichts mit Antonello zu tun!

Belle adresse à Palerme !!

Abbiamo alloggiato a Casa Soliva per 9 notti. La casa si trova in una posizione ideale per visitare la città situata in pieno centro. L'alloggio è molto ordinato e perfettamente pulito. Apartment Made My Holiday Great!!!

"What can I say?" I just got back home and I am already missing my adorable flat in Palermo. Antonello is the perfect example of what a host should be. Just as everyone has mentioned, he was there right on time to greet us and to welcome us to his property, taking and lots of time to show us the apartment. He is such a personable and very nice man. Getting there from the airport was very easy as we took the book to Piazza Politeamo, a very short 10 minute walk to the apartment. The apartment was as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean and very nicely decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the little balcony provided a space for reading, and once, we had lunch there. Antonello's apartment is walking distance to just about everything, including several markets for food shopping. Most of all, it was a 10 minute walk to the famous theatre and the pedestrian walk that stretched 15 to 20 blocks. We intended to use the small kitchen a lot more but instead, ate out each day, as the food in Sicily is to die for. We found several great restaurants in which we returned several times and made friends with the owner and the servers. This 2-bedroom apartment is truly in a centralized location and is on a relatively quiet street. The weather was very nice so the air-condition was not needed. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend the place to anyone who is going to be on holiday in Palermo.

L'appartement est très bien situé, dans un quartier agréable de Palermo et à proximité de tous les sites intéressants que l'on peut atteindre à pied ou bien en bus. Antonello nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux. Toutes les formalités d'arrivée et de départ se sont faites en toute simplicité. L'appartement est très confortable et moderne, avec air conditionné et ventilateur. Les grandes pièces sont lumineuses et aménagées avec goût. L'immeuble date des années vingt ce qui donne un style authentique à l'ensemble et à l'appartement. Il y a de nombreux rangements et tout est fait pour se sentir rapidement chez soi. Le salon donne accès à un petit balcon pourvu d'une table avec deux chaises, où l'on peut boire un verre en tête à tête ce qui donne un plus à l'habitation. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et dispose de tout ce dont on a besoin, micro-ondes, cafetière italienne, vaisselle pour 5 personnes. La salle de bains est fonctionnelle et dispose d'une machine à laver. Aux alentours, il y a de nombreux restaurants, plusieurs commerces et le marché Da Capo est accessible en quelques minutes. Cet appartement présente un excellent rapport qualité prix et nous le recommandons vivement. Un grand merci à Antonello pour ce séjour agréable !

Hübsche, individuell eingerichtete, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Obwohl mitten in Palermo und sehr nahe zur Altstadt, ist die Wohnung recht ruhig gelegen. Jedes Zimmer ist in anderer Farbe gestaltet. Auf dem Balkon gibts sogar Platz für einen kleinen Tisch. Antonello ist sehr nett, hat viele Tipps zu Restaurants.
