duplex apartment of 40 m2, 2 floor of a quiet and secure residence at the exit of Luz Saint Sauveur. The apartment is composed as follows:
upstairs: a separate bedroom with a 140x190 bed with a large wardrobe, a bathroom with enclosed shower (WC separate from the bathroom), a light mezzanine with another cupboard and many drawers. This space can easily accommodate the cot which is available with its mattress in the delivery. The advantage is the proximity to the parental room! Safety barrier for children at the stairs.
On the ground floor: a room with 2 bunk beds of 90x190 with bedside tables. Toilet. a kitchenette equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, washing machine, oven and microwave, coffee + nespresso, kettle, toaster, raclette / grill / plancha / pancake, pressure cooker ... a living room with a convertible sofa bed 160x190, TV, WIFI and card games and society available. A booster seat is also available for children.
Balcony of 6m2 equipped table and chairs in the beautiful season to take breakfast and meals with a breathtaking view of the mountain.
Closed parking space with security barrier and entrance badge.
Close to shops (600m) and many activities, swimming pool next to the apartment, cinema, bowling ...
The apartment is ideally located to welcome you all year long: summer hikes in the Cirque de Gavarnie, Estaube, Troumouse, Lake Gloriettes, Pic du Midi, Cauterêt, Pont d'Espagne.
Ski resorts in winter: Luz Ardiden 13km, Barège la Mongie 12km, Gavarnie 25km (free shuttles for the resort and the thermal baths).
The cures because Luzéa is a 10-minute walk from the apartment. (spa package to be determined with the owner)

L'appartement est très bien équipé et aménagé. Toutes les commodités à proximité : à deux pas du centre ville et de la piscine municipale.En contrebas, passe la route principale. Elle était très fréquentée et peu calme, pendant notre séjour.

L'appartement est très bien équipé,et très bien situé par rapport aux commerces et à la piscine. Le bourg est accessible à pieds en quelques minutes. La vue du balcon est superbe ! Juste un petit bémol, la chaleur exceptionnelle durant notre séjour nous a contraints à dormir la baie vitrée ouverte, nous faisant profiter du bruit de la circulation ainsi que celui des voisins et de leur fumée de cigarette.Nos hôtes ont été à l'écoute et cordiaux.

Nous venons de passer une semaine de vacances parfaite Les propriétaires sont a l ecoute des locataires Le logement a tout ce qu il faut, avec une belle vue sur les montagnes. Luz st sauveur est une ville tres jolie et il y a vraiment de quoi faire aux alentours ( Gavarnie, Pont d Espagne, Hautacam....) Merci beaucoup pour ce sejour

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine dans ce logement tout à fait adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants. Les espaces sont très bien dimensionnés et proche de toutes commodités. Jimmy et Emmanuelle sont très réactifs et très agréables, un plaisir de communiquer avec eux. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement. Ballades très agréables dans cette vallée.

Le logement est assez grand pour héberger 7 personnes, il est fonctionnel, très bien équipé, bien placé à 5 minutes à pied du centre village, la vue est agréable, le parking privé est un plus même si de la place est disponible non loin. Seul bémol, la présence de la route sous le balcon. Nous avons passé un court séjour très agréable

L'appartement est idéalement placé, à proximité des commerces et de la piscine municipale (idéal pour terminer la journée de randonnée). Le balcon permet de profiter pleinement de la vue sur le pic de Viscos. Les propriétaires sont réactifs et disponibles.

de belles vacances

Cet appartement est idéalement situé pour profiter de la montagne en été. En 30 minutes max, on est aux départ des randos du côté Gèdre/Gavarnie ou Cauterets. Parfait aussi pour aller à la belle piscine municipale en fin d'après-midi en 1 minute à pied. Très facile également de faire qqs courses. Nous sommes arrivés en période de canicule et impossible de faire baisser la température de la chambre en duplex malgré la baie ouverte toute la nuit et le ventilateur. La fenêtre donne sur le bas de l'appartement et la chaleur reste bloquée en haut. Logement plutôt adapté à une famille avec 2 enfants qu'à une famille avec 2 ados. Nos ados manquaient d'espace, la chambre n'en disposant que pour dormir. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et très complète en ustensiles. La salle de bain est propre et pratique même à 4 personnes grâce à la mezzanine. PS : Nous avons adoré aller au cirque d'Estaube. Il est moins connu mais nous vous le conseillons vivement.
