Sublime villa 700m from the sea

Superb villa ideally located 700m from the sea and 700m from the market for holidays without a car!
The main house is composed of:
- a small TV lounge
- a fully equipped kitchen (filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, dishwasher, fridge and freezer)
- a first bedroom with bed 160
- a second bedroom with a 140 bed
- two other rooms with bunk beds (140 downstairs and 90 upstairs for both rooms)
- a bathroom with shower and toilet
- a small bathroom with shower
- a separate toilet
- a large veranda overlooking the terrace with swimming pool where you can relax on the large sofa and eat in front of the pool too!

Opposite you have an annex with two large bedrooms (both equipped with dressing rooms) which offer an exceptional view of the terrace and pool, as well as a large bathroom with shower, double sink and toilet).
There is also a storeroom with washing machine and fridge.

A plancha is also at your disposal to fully enjoy the terrace.

And why not succumb to a game of petanque on the bowling alley that offers you the house!

Finally a swimming pool and outdoor shower will allow you to rest in the sun while refreshing yourself at your leisure!

Great location

Close to beach and town. Accommodation is clean and functional. Bedrooms in main house are quite small and you had to walk through one to get to the other. Pool house is great though. Outside space is great. Kitchen is a little small when preparing meals for large groups. Overall really like it and would stay again.

Tres bon sejour, maison tres agréable, bien située. Un petit bemol, il y a une chambre avec un lit double qui est une chambre transversante. Difficile de cuisiner pour 10 personnes batterie de cuisine pas adapté.

La maison est une vraie maison de vacances! Elle incite à une ambiance détendue avec la piscine et le boulodrome. Elle est à proximité de tout et en même temps au calme. Chacun peut y avoir son intimité. Nous y avons passé une très belle semaine !

Confort et convivialité

Nous avons été tres bien accueillis par Jacqueline, qui a été aussi très disponible pendant notre séjour. La maison est très confortable pour un grand groupe, et favorise la convivialité. Des espaces ont été pensés également pour que des petits groupes puissent passer des moments plus au calme. Elle est proche du marché quotidien de Montalivet et de la plage. C’était dur d’en partir tellement nous nous sentions bien! Merci aux propriétaires et à Jacqueline pour cette belle semaine dans ce bel endroit!

Situation & prestations idéales.

Dès notre arrivée dans la villa de Marine (très bon accueil avec la conciergerie) nous nous sommes senti enfin en vacances, au calme, au bord de la mer dans un environnement idéal et proche de tout. La situation est parfaite, fini la voiture, on peut tout faire à pied, la plage et les emplettes! Le marché est ouvert tous les jours (jusqu'à 13h30 ou 14h le week-end et jours fériés) avec des stands de dégustations. La maison est moderne et très propre, bien équipée, le linge de maison est de qualité et les chambres sont répartis en plusieurs espaces, idéal si vous partez en famille ou entre amis. À noter toutefois, une chambre en enfilade dessert les deux chambres à lits superposés qui elles sont indépendantes avec salle de douche et wc. La grande véranda est spacieuse avec son espace dînatoire et salon donnant sur la grande terrasse avec son mobilier de jardin largement suffisant et la superbe piscine. En bref, un séjour parfait dans un cadre idéal!

Traumferien an einem wunderbsren Ort

HAUS Ein sehr schönes und neu renoviertes Ferienhaus (eigentlich sind es sogar zwei Häuser), sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sauber, sehr Zweckmässig und mit allem nötigem ausgestattet. Wir waren zwei Familien mit total 9 Personen und hatten mehr als genug Platz. Der Pool wurde sehr geschätzt, die Terasse, der Wintergarten sowie die Petanque- Bahn haben wir alle ebenfalls sehr geschätzt. LAGE Der Ort ist sehr schön und gemütlich. Dieser ist zu Fuss in weniger als 10 Minuten erreichbar. Es hat täglich einen genialen Markt und viele kleine Läden. Nur nach 23.00 Uhr ist guet auch im Juli nichts mehr los. Unsere Teenager waren deswegen etwas enttäuscht. Dafür sind der Strand und das Meer einfach nur traumhaft. Sehr viel Platz, sehr sauber, gut überwachte Badeabschnitte und immer schöne Wellen (Surf- und Bodyboard nicht vergessen). SERVICE Jacqueline war immer sehr freundlich und war jederzeit sofort da wenn wir etwas benötigten oder ein Problem hatten. Innerhalb weniger Minuten beantwortet sie die sms oder ist sogar nach 10 Minuten bei uns gewesen, als wir wegen eines allgemeinen Stromausfalles das Tor nicht öffnen konnten. TOP Service! Nochmals vielen Dank Jacqueline, das ist einmalig! Dieses Haus ist mit allen Drum- und Dran absolut empfehlenswert!
