Capo Testa panoramic house with garden

The house is located in the village of Capo Testa - municipality of S.ta Teresa di Gallura in view of the majestic rocks of the Cape, the islands of the archipelago and the cliffs of Corsica.
It is spacious, panoramic, private, well furnished and equipped and is surrounded by the most beautiful beaches and coves of the region which can be reached on foot in a few minutes.
It can normally accommodate up to 5 people and exceptionally up to three adults + 4 children with a supplement to be agreed.
It is suitable for families with children, including infants and pets.
It has private garden and garage.
Guests are provided with bed linen and towels.
It is available in the 2024 tourist season from April to the end of October.
The reservation is subject to the owner's approval and provides for a deposit of 25% of the non-refundable stay price in the event of cancellation within two months prior to the stay. The balance is required six days before check-in.
Pets are not allowed in the sleeping area and smoking is allowed only in outdoor living areas.
The tourist tax is included in the rate.
