About this property

This large Provencal villa offers a wonderful outdoor space, open on the Bay of Agay in the south, and the Esterel mountains to the north. You will appreciate the big swimming pool and its surroundings with the sight on the sea, where sunbathing and parasols are put at your disposal. You can also have meals outside, with the brand new garden furniture for more comfort, and the barbecue.
Inside, you will find on the ground floor: a large living room, a brand new kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs is the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, two with double beds 160x200 and their private bathrooms, and two others with two single beds 90x200, and a bathroom with toilet.
Of all the rooms the view is splendid on the sea. The villa does not suffer from any opposite, and the field is very calm and secure.

Agay

Die Villa war sehr schön und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft.. Wir hatten gerne noch einen Woche dort geblieben... Alles war perfekt, und wir werden siher nochmal diese villa buchen... Die Cote'dAzur hat uns sehr gefallen.. Wir kommen wieder 😊

Very nice location and wonderful pool area.

The family had a great time at the property. Very nice location and wonderful pool area. Nice dinners on the patio. Veery warm period and fans helped during the night. Air condition would have been preferred.

Beautiful villa and outdoor area

We were a group of 4 couples who had a great week at "La Solitude". The villa was more beautiful compared to the pictures; a long kitchen table, comfortable sofa and outdoor dinnertable in the shade of the roof. The splendid view speaks for itself, we also enjoyed walking to the beach, and hiking to the hill behind the house. The pool was cleaned once a week. With the full moon over the sea we could not ask for more - truly a nice stay!

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr erholsam. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Grosses Haus mit sehr schöner Aussicht und viel Platz. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Toller Pool.
