About this property

Magnificent view on the bay of Agay, private domain, 8 pers, swimming pool

This large Provencal villa offers a wonderful outdoor space, open on the Bay of Agay in the south, and the Esterel mountains to the north. You will appreciate the big swimming pool and its surroundings with the sight on the sea, where sunbathing and parasols are put at your disposal. You can also have meals outside, with the brand new garden furniture for more comfort, and the barbecue.
Inside, you will find on the ground floor: a large living room, a brand new kitchen and a toilet. Upstairs is the sleeping area with 4 bedrooms, two with double beds 160x200 and their private bathrooms, and two others with two single beds 90x200, and a bathroom with toilet.
Of all the rooms the view is splendid on the sea. The villa does not suffer from any opposite, and the field is very calm and secure.

Linen is not provided, but packs can be hired for €25/person/week, including sheets, bath towels, bathroom mats and kitchen rags (contact Les Vacances de Magali to book your linen packs at least one week before your arrival).

Very nice location and wonderful pool area.

The family had a great time at the property. Very nice location and wonderful pool area. Nice dinners on the patio. Veery warm period and fans helped during the night. Air condition would have been preferred.

Beautiful villa and outdoor area

We were a group of 4 couples who had a great week at "La Solitude". The villa was more beautiful compared to the pictures; a long kitchen table, comfortable sofa and outdoor dinnertable in the shade of the roof. The splendid view speaks for itself, we also enjoyed walking to the beach, and hiking to the hill behind the house. The pool was cleaned once a week. With the full moon over the sea we could not ask for more - truly a nice stay!

Tolle Lage, wunderschöner Blick

Die Mosquitorolos haben in. 2 von 4 Schlafzimmern nicht funktioniert. Dies wurde der Agentur wohl schon mehrfach mitgeteilt. Außerdem bekamen wir permanent ab der Dämmerung und die ganze Nacht hindurch Besuch von Wildschweinen. Der Zaun am Grundstück ist wohl schon länger kaputt und wohl beide Defekte dem Vermieter bekannt. Ansonsten wunderschön gelegenes Haus.

Zu empfehlen

Wir haben tolle Osterferien in dem Haus verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist zwar (bis auf die Küche) etwas älter, aber hat schon wieder retro Charme. Wenn die Tage etwas kühler sind, funktioniert die Heizung wunderbar und das Haus wird schön warm. Die Küche ist extrem gut ausgestattet. Der Blick ist einfach traumhaft und die Umgebung angenehm ruhig.

Traumhafter Blick auf Agay und die Küste

Nachdem wir die Villa zunächst nur für 2 Wochen gemietet hatten, haben wir noch für eine weitere Woche verlängert. Das sagt doch schon viel aus! Wir hatten uns so gut eingelebt, den Pool und den Ausblick genossen, wussten, wo man einkauft und die Baguettes am Morgen besorgt, da wollten wir nicht mehr umziehen. Für die Einkäufe benötigt man auf jeden Fall ein Auto! Das Haus liegt ganz oben auf dem Hügel und das Grundstück ist zum Glück uneinsehbar. Nachts hatten wir einmal hinter dem Haus auf dem Grundstück Wildschweine. Das ist in der Gegend nichts ungewöhnliches, hat unseren Hund aber abends schon heftig anschlagen lassen. Die Küche ist neu und absolut gut ausgestattet! Die Bäder, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, noch aus den Anfangstagen der Villa und bei den Badewannen gibt es keinen Duschvorhang. Das Bad mit Dusche ist renoviert. Freitags wird der Pool gereinigt und dann ist wieder alles top. Die gesamte Anlage ist durch 2 Schranken vor ungewünschten Besuchern geschützt. Vergessen Sie also nicht, sich bei der Anreise den aktuell gültigen Zugangscode geben zu lassen! Wer wandern will, kann direkt hinter dem Haus starten...
