There are two bathrooms in this holiday cottage, the ground floor bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and the first floor bathroom has a shower unit.

Please note a minimum refundable mandatory security deposit of €200 per property must be paid in the 2 – 7 days before arrival. A member of the Trident Holiday Homes reservations team will arrange to call you to collect the mandatory security deposit. At certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. Refusal or inability to pay this prior to arrival is grounds for us cancelling the booking without any refund of any monies paid to date. Ballybunion boasts a selection of fine restaurants, quirky cafes, craft shops and great traditional pubs.

There are plenty of outdoor activities on offer to those staying at Ballybunion Holiday Cottage No. 22 such as fishing, sea kayaking, sailing and surfing. Lessons for surfers of all levels as well as equipment hire are on offer at Ballybunion Surf School which operates from the local beach.

Enjoy a cliff walk along the Bromore Cliffs which is well fenced and suitable for all ages and take in the spectacular scenery along the way. The 180-foot cliffs have been sculpted by nature over thousands of years. One of the many walking trails on offer in the area.

Golfers are well catered for here with the excellent Ballybunion Golf Club and several other golf courses dotted along the coastline.
